Yesterday I scrapped almost 20 million results but when I close the harvester its hanged then again I restart the Scrapebox try to import that list with size 3GB its stuck again during import......is there any way to easily import that list?

Are you using V2? It should import fine. Does it popup an error box or say not responding or ?

Choose to close the application (not send bug report) and then go into your main Scrapebox folder. There should be a bugreport.txt file. Send that file to support at

scrapeboxhelp (at] gmail [dot) com

and they can tell you whats up.

just bought the scrapebox again, because they blocked it before without refunding me.....
got a refund and I cant use it, I paid with paypal
PEOPLE dont you dare criticize the program...you could be next on their ban list....SWEETFUNNY cant take criticizm.....you become her enemy....
the blocked my computer, ip, even if I go to another state I cant activate the program....I tried to use another laptop, same story.....
they even claimed it is a antivirus causing this.....but after I got no more reply from them....
I think they plant some script inside the registry so you cant reinstall it at all
if they have access to your compture this way, who knows what other data can they access, very unprofesional and dangerous....

it must be a well hidden worm, because it can identify my computer ecven if I clean up registry, even if my ip changes every few hours....who knows what they planted and where....i ask you here is this legal? sniffing for personal data when you install program from somebody.....well lastly it is a spam program, so I dont expect them to be angels. but still sniffing for personal info like that should be an alarm going off. i hope the "most unfriendly developer in the worlds" responds here to my questions.....the last time I opened the shitlist she suddenly got sick and had to go to hospital, what will she made up know I wonder

I split the file with EmEditor into 3 parts 10 Million URL each.

I think the maximum capacity of ScrapeBox list importer isn't more than 10 million URLs.

Are you scraping a very special list? Grab META info from harvested URL list works normal for me.

It works fine for me as well, a timeout isn't the meta scraper, either your proxies are bad and timing out or something is hijacking the connections and causing them to timeout. So make sure you set Scrapebox as whitelisted in all security software. However try unchecking the use proxies box and try a few does it work?

I don't want to go into who is right or wrong, but it seems a waste to continue this complaining every few months in the sales threads. I just saw another thread you had started as well. If I recall mods deleted a bunch of your posts before, it makes sense to not try that road again.

Ive done lists over 100 million urls. I know it can support at least 180 million urls but I think with 64bit its probably close to several hundred million urls. If you have enough memory anyway. If your using the 32bit version then your going to be limited. At any rate, if you got it working thats all that really matters.

You get an automated reply. Check your spam folder and whitelist @scrapebox.com

But you can download the software and click activate and put in your name, your paypal primary email address (which is also where the mail was sent to, check your paypal to see what mail is set as primary) and your paypal transaction/reciept Id.

Paypal is the only one or a credit card thru paypal. But you can have a friend buy it for you that has paypal and then support can transfer it into your name.
