Can't say about the refund, although its worth $97, but you should remove your transaction ID as its part of your license info and you don't want that to help your license get stolen.

Hey when i tyo to run the backlink checker add on ... i get "cannot communicate with Scrapebox". Any idea ??? Beside this addon everything works fine. Also is there any way i can run multiple instances of "link extractor" addons ??

"Cannot communicate with Scrapebox" happened to me before. It got solved either updating the addon or restarting scrapebox.

Don't know if you can run multiple instances of Link Extractor,
but I guess you can try to first make multiple copies of your Scrapebox folder,
Open multiple instances of Scrapebox and
then see if you can open Link Extractor on each Scrapebox instance.

I've had problems with my scrapebox for about 2 months, it will not harvest urls, my proxies keep getting 302 blocked, even though when managing them they all pass the google test.

I've tried it on the lowest settings and it still blocks them.

Scrapebox uses Inter Process Communication to communicate between the addons and the main Scrapebox GUI. So you can try to reinstall it all, but sometimes you just need to restart your PC as IPC is controlled by windows. Also security software can interfere, so you would want to make sure the addon and Scrapebox are set as trusted/allowed and there are no rules that are blocking them.

As noted by mindmaster to run multiple instances of the addon you just need to run multiple instances of Scrapebox. You can run an unlimited number on the same pc with 1 license.

2.0 won't fix you getting blocked, 1.x is working fine for that. The proxy tester is only a basic keyword test, but you can have ips blocked for 1 query but passed for another. So they can pass the proxy test but fail for your queries. Best thing is to use the custom test to test for your exact query, that way its more accurate.

Also are you using public or private proxies?

If private I would set it to 1 connection for every 15-30 proxies you are using, depending on what your queries are. If they use advanced operators go for 30 if they are just keywords go for closer to 15. But it will vary as the more you get your proxies blocked the faster they get blocked in general, so you will have to toy with the settings. How many proxies are you using?

10 private, and that used to be enough.
