You can try harvesting with 2 connections at first.It should work. If you will get your proxies banned, wait few hours and go with a single thread.

Yeah set your connections to 10%-20% of your available proxies. So as said above 1-2. 2 should work fine, and thats what I typically use, but if your doing a lot of advanced operators, particularly certain ones then you will have to lower it to 1. As also said, if you get your ips banned, its usually less then 12 hours but almost always worst case in 24 hours they are unbanned.

I just updated to the last version and it worked fine for me.
Did you closed all the other SB instances before updating ?

Well you get what google or whatever engine you are using, gives out. The engines see scrapebox as a browser and give the same results as say firefox or chrome. Have you ever searched a term and then manually looked at results 800-1000? You might search for how to plant grass in the spring time and get results about what polish works best on mustangs. You can get completely irrelevant results. Google focuses on results 1-10, as thats where most traffic goes. Results after that can slowly or quickly lose relevance.
Its probably too old and is connecting to an old update server that no longer exists. Just download a fresh copy and overwrite or install in a new folder.
