Have to ask, has anything experienced "Please try again later" error when testing their proxies? After a few runs I have to close SB completely and restart it in order to get the testing going again. Not that it's a huge thing but I'm thinking it might be on my end only unless anyone else has the same problem? If so, I'll report it to the devs.

look at your email in paypal, go back to the scrapebox website and it will be right there to download for you

I could almost bet that your account is already activated and the fault is on your end.

2 things happen all the time:
1. some people seem not to be able to correctly write they own name or email address when submitting the activation request
2. a firewall block ScrapeBox, so it cannot authenticate with the server.

It still has not been activated - its been over 18 hours - just 2 posts above me - theres a guy whose scrapebox got activated in like an hour.
Whats wrong with these guys - Support doesnt answer as well.

What should I do - how can i get my money back - ie paid using credit card - not paypal - how do i get my refund

Like Softtouch said, they are on it, always. So if its not activated then its either something on your end blocking it, or you sent in the wrong info. Make sure you use the paypal email that the money was sent from to submit with.

Yes, it means scrapebox is being blocked by something. Generally this is an anti-virus or firewall, but could be a malware checker. Whats happening is that you are running all those simultaneous connections and a security programs says "wow that looks like a virus, I am going to block it" and it does. When you see that "please try again later" message go to help >> test server connection. You will see you have some or all red boxes indicating scrapebox has no internet access.

You need to go into each of your anti-virus/malware checkers/firewalls and add allow rules for scrapebox and delete any existing rules. Then restart your pc.

If you didn't get the email check your spam folder. If its not there then you aren't checking the email address that the money was sent from. So check the email address that is your primary email in paypal. Also make sure you use that paypal primary email where the thanks for purchase email was sent to - as your email when you submit for activation.

Who do i refund? You sent an email complaining from an address not even associated with any payment or license, and didn't include any of your purchase details and even your first name doesn't match anything. So unless you can work out what your own name and email address is you purchased with, nothing can be done done i'm not psychic.

In the last 3-4 days, my SB is shots down. Like after 30.000 url list usually it goes down.
First I thought this happened because of the time out being 50, but is still goes down even with max timeout connections.

Now I use the same settings I used for more than one month, same VPS, without a problem, and still gives me headaches.

No error is showed.

Any support appreciated.

You sent an email complaining from an address not even associated with any payment or license, and didn't include any of your purchase details and even your first name doesn't match anything. So unless you can work out what your own name and email address is you purchased with, nothing can be done done i'm not psychic.

I've sent across activation details again. Kindly take a look into it. I have 2 email Ids - one being the mail ID that I used while making the credit card payment and the other one being my paypal account. Probably you got mixed up.

Let me know if you received my transaction reference ID. If not, let me know how to reach you. I'll send across the payment receipt via paypal

Some URLs can cause this kind of a problem. Try with a different list.

Also the ability to filter URL's containing specific keywords allows you to load a list of keywords and it will remove all URL's in the harvester grid containing those keywords. This is ideal for cleaning urls lists against a list of bad words such as porn etc so you can prevent commenting on them.

When you set the size for the Harvester Sessions folder, for example 1GB then when the size exceeds that it will popup an alert asking if you want to clean out the folder. So it will only delete the data if you say yes, if you say no it will just alert you again next start until you delete it or raise the alert size to a larger value than your folder.

The problem was some people forget all about the temp files saved here and wound up with 20GB of harvested URL's stored over the months and wondering why they are short on disk space.

Well as mentioned by The Matrix it can be your url list, you can try running the list thru the malware addon and thru blog analyzer and that often will filter harmful and problematic urls out.

It can also be malformatted urls in the list, if you uncheck the randomize comment poster blogs list - under settings - and then run thru the list, note where it crashes (or use the crash dump logger addon to keep track of it in real time) and then look around in your list at that number of lines to see if there is bad data and stuff thats malformatted.

Next if it is freezing it could be a lack of system resources or a lack of system resources because one of the urls is "swallowing" resources trying to be malicious, again try the malware addon.

If your spin text is all messed up it could be the cause of the issue, so double check that.

Also if the window looks normal, but the count of posting just doesn't increase then its to do with your connection/ports etc....
