It's def not my system resources they are running at less than
15%. (6GB RAM, i7, 160GB SSD)
I have already tried resetting SB settings with connections way down, i'm
thinking it's AV program (although iv'e had the same one for a while
and SB was fine?) or something else is causing the problem, i'm
puzzled.

It definitely can be anti-virus hooking the program and causing issues. Any update of the anti-virus or malware checkers or firewall could cause this. Also when scrapebox updates it can have a new md5 hash and some anti-virus etc.. programs can see it as a new program.
Try running it in safe mode on your pc and see what happens, by default all those kinds of programs don't load in safe mode. Make sure you have allow rules in your firewall.

I have 9 scrapebox licenses at the moment, and using it for 1.5+ years and no issues like that ever. I have had poor "luck" with server companies and I have transferred around over a dozen times with various licenses and never had even a hint of an issue.
I have heard of that happening to a few people in the past, but it turned out they were transferring their licenses around.
Resubmit for your license and you should be good. As to why it happened, I can't say, but its not likely to happen again. You could also email support if need be.

i have some ping list (stat sites) but i have a problem, when i want it to run i get some mailformated list error
what can i do ? i tried importing it and saving, but no luck
list is sort of to big (30k) to go choping it down to pieces and digging whats wrong. i choped it into 2 pieces, but no luck still both parts contained i guess some strange urls

proxy harvester is problematic. it hangs and you cant see how many left how many completed. you cant scroll down to look because it doesnt refresh window form and it hangs until finish all
Its not problematic, its intentional. Due to the way this function works, if you go scrolling around alot it can cause it to freeze up. Its mostly just due to being resource intensive. Too many people tried to monitor it every second and constantly complained about it locking up, so its set to lock the window and not allow active scrolling during harvesting.
This is to make sure it works optimally. So you will just have to wait.

how do i set timer ? also it can easily show how many processed and how many left . it is so easy.
