Just ordered the program yesterday and activated it on SB.

About 5 hours later I got a "thanks for the purchase e-mail" but I don't think it is the activation one. It has been way over 12 hours, I know about the delay I read on the forum, but I just wanted to confirm how the activation e-mail looks like and that I still didn't get one, or at least the one I got wasn't it.

Did you get the email stating it was activated? If you go to help >> test server connection, do you have all 6 boxes green?

If you have red boxes there under auth and access tests then something is blocking scrapebox and you need to find the offending program and add allow rules. If your green with all 6 boxes the license may not have been activated yet, or you could resubmit activation just to make sure it went thru.

I know at the moment things there are delayed still.

If its been a lot over 12 hours and your still not activated try clicking activate again inside of scrapebox and then putting in the requested info. The key here is to make 1000% sure that the transaction ID you put in is the same one that you were given by paypal when you login and check or in the confirmation email. Putting in the wrong email is 99.9% of the problem for any delays in activations or transfers. The other .1% is floods at the scrapebox office.

He take my money and license too.what can i do in this case to resolve...As i told you i open a case at paypal and they recommended in this case to talk with seller.Nut in my case the seller doesn't respond to my msg and this is my last chance to get my license or my money back..I understand that my reason for refund was not good but surprise this man take money +license...

The best thing for you to do, is calm down as already said. Sweetfunny is as much as scammer as the sun is green.

Email support and talk to them, politely. Firstly running around crying wolf is just going to get it so you won't even be able to buy scrapebox. I have customers that I have fired and banned from buying my products. Which is your loss, cause scrapebox is an excellent program.

Next quit accusing people of being scammers without waiting 10 seconds for the developer to work it out with you. There is 220+ pages of happy customers, and you are the 1 in thousands who all of a sudden the developer decides to scam. Think it thru mate. At $57 per sale, with probably easily 20K copies sold thats 1.1 million dollars. Based on rough figures I can see form forum sales threads of people posting "just bought" daily, I would sake 20K copies sold is an understatement by far.

Sure there are costs to develop it, but really with a super conservative figure of 1.1 million dollars in the past year, do they really need to scam you, just you, out of $57? It doesn't make sense. Especially when you consider that they give excellent support, the best for a black hat program, bar none. Plus regular updates for almost 2 years now. They haven't taken a day off in almost 2 years. They are there 7 days a week for the past almost 2 years activating liscenes and doing support. Its even flooded there right now and they are working with internet thats half the speed of dialup and they are still doing support and license activations.

You need to make a decision. If you want scrapebox, then cancel the case with paypal, and politely email the developer and appologize for your rash comments and ask if you could please use their excellent software and what you need to do to do so.

OR

1 of those 2 would be the best course of action.

Wow i didnt know they were flooded . Sorry to hear that.

But its kinda crazy because although they had a flood i submitted my license request on saturday and 30 mins later it was activated. Most support personnel for software companies dont work weekends (Unless its Microsoft etc) and to get my request completed in less than 30 minutes. Well i'm a very happy guy

Not sure about you guys but that is what you call great customer support. I even had a problem so i emailed them and it was answered within 20 mins. Its just crazy

Just curious.. How many people work for SB?

You would think its a couple dozen by all the work they get done, but I know sweetfunny is the main person. I have spent a good deal of time talking with them in the past year and a half and they typically work 16 horus a day, 7 days a week, without having a day off since scrapeboxes inception.

I know back around the end of last year they said they were getting an assistant. Then the digital signature on scrapebox and scrapeboard says Guenter Kraemer. His Facebook page tells me he is from a different country then Austrialia, which is where has been mentioned several times in this thread that the scrapebox offices are, and where there is a lot of flooding as of late.


So thats a sketchy, reasonably traceable 3 people. But even if thats true that doesn't really say that Guenter does anything besides the digital signatures and it doesn't say how much the assistant does.

Anyway, thats my Sherlock Holmes skills at work. lol

Is there anyway to make the %WEBSITE% token pull in randum urls from the websites.txt? Right now if I post with more than one %WEBSITE% token in a post it uses the same url on all of them.

Here is the tokens you can use in the comments file:

• %NAME% will be replaced with the users name from Names.txt
• %EMAIL% will be replaced with the users email from Emails.txt, hyperlinked (except BE, just the email)
• %WEBSITE% will be replaced with the users website from Websites.txt, hyperlinked (except BE, just the url)
• %BLOGURL% will be replaced with the blog's url you are commenting on, hyperlinked (except BE, just the url)
• %BLOGTITLE% will be replaced with the page title of the blog you are commenting on

I would assume that the %websites% one would pull random urls from the websites text file, I could feesably see how it would use the same one over and over for a given comment. It would make sense to so that you keep relevance on target. Plus the default in wordpress is to not approve a comment with 2 or more links in it.

There is no setting in scrapebox that will make it randomize each time you put one in the comments file. So to answer your question, no there is nothing you can do to make it do that. I see your point, but I think if I were doing links for multiple topics, I would want each comment to stay on topic by using the same url.

Is anyone having issues with the internal browser in SB? It works fine when I open a harvested URL inside the browser, but as soon as I click anything or manually submit a comment, I get an error message that the page cannot be displayed.

Just curious if anyone else is having this issue... or do most of you that use manual comments, prefer to use the default browser instead?
