So I watched the video Maruk thank you. I noticed when the video maker is checking the proxiest he has ignore google checked. Can you explain that? I have been testing with that unchecked so it was not ignoring google. Do I want to ignore google or not? also using the search laid out in the video I only acquired 97 urls. Is it possible I input the wrong info into the custom footprint bar?
Also I maybe more urls could be harvested by searching each inurl separately?

That option just checks if you can access Google with that particular proxy.

Yes if you harvest from Google then you would want that of course.
If all your proxies failed the Google test they are probably banned. To make sure you can run a few manually through your browser and see if you can access Google that way.

Does anyone know what you should use for the name when commenting manually? I was going to use some keywords instead of an actual name. I was going to try and manually comment on some .edu and .gov blogs to see what happens.

what it means is the proxies he harvesting
are bad - and probably from the 7 internal
scrapebox links .. try finding your own
not the ones in scrapebox wich are crap
saturated over used..
its that simple dont use the links in scrapebox
harvest your own - then test them in scrapebox
proxie testers ... trust me u will see an improvement.
if i can find 2 lists of public proxies today of
877 and 500+ so can you - u have to look

I see. I am paranoid that they might report me to adsense if I use keywords as a name and say I spammed them even though I didnt spam them.

I see. I think I wont get a rank boost for a keyword unless I use that keyword as the name. Is that correct?

You might ask yourself why you should use a public proxy list for harvesting URLS when you have 10 to 20 fast private proxies.
Just do a little test and take 100000 keywords, use 3 proxies and start harvesting.
After a while SB will come to a grinding halt. Google blocked your proxies...
Eventually they will clear again but all this time you can't continue with your project.
So for massive harvesting with large keyword lists you will need hundreds of proxies. Not funny when 20 proxies cost you about $50 a month.
what you want is freshly scraped quality public proxies every day to bombard Google with requests.

Nobody could answer that with 100% certainty but it is a widely accepted fact that a link (without the nofollow attribute) with your keywords as anchor text (in this case in the name field) would pass on PR and anchor text to your url and thus 'boosting' your ranking.
However, some (including me) will also say that the 'no-follow' attribute will not prevent from at least some juice to be passed on.
So in short: if you use your keyword as name on a 'do-follow' blog than you can be 'sure' that pr and anchor text is passed on. If you don't use an anchortext it is still a backlink and will still account for something but perhaps something a little less.

Let's say that the comment is something like this: "Great job on the post buddy, I loved it!" and another one is : "I didn't like the fact the page took ages to load man."
Simply copy those lines within quotes like so: "spam comment here"
and paste that into the 'keywords' box, one comment per line.
Now, you would be best off by copy pasting a dozen or so comments.
2nd option:
Paste one line of the comment into the 'custom footprint' field and enter random keywords from my keywords thread (take the 300k+ list) in the 'Keywords' box.
Keep a blog type selected and start harvesting.
Now this doesn't guarantee that you only get auto approve urls back but it increases the chance of that happening.

Hey how many pages in the world run WP? It must be 50 million or more right? I am scraping "powered by disqus" as a custom footprint against the dictionary right now and I already have 4.5 million urls. If there are that many powered by disqus..christ..
