Hi,

I've not been around for a few weeks and today upgraded my copy of SB to v1.15.6 (latest).

I then try to run a fast poster job and it stops working after a few minutes amd shows as 'not responding' in my windows task manager.

I'm using Win XP and private proxies and haven't experienced this issue before.

Anyone having a similar issue or know what the issue is and how to fix?

ok remember people its the weekend dont expect prompt replies
on the weekend.
if there is an issue with scrapebox fast post crash report it here
or to there email tech support.
but given then a day or 2 to reply

i am now trying (becouse its weeked and i have time lol) scrapebox and for some reason captcha solving doesnt work (slow posting).

once SB just exited (not actual crash, it just said its closing it selfe down), although thats small problem compared to captcha problem. the other time it run slow..like 2 minutes per post (timeout only 30sec)

btw captcha solving worked for me in past (i think last time i use it, it was like 1 month ago). but like i posted in another post above, it was buggy

Hello,
I was running SB quite fine but now there is some problem with it.
Whenever I run "link extractor" or "outbound link checker" addon, it shows 404 error for each and every URL. Yes that is every URL shows a 404 error.

Same is the case with "Check links" section
Any clue on this?

Hi sweetfunny . I have been running SB for last one year. I never went for big blast . but this time i am blasting 8000 URL, but its taking forever to finished .

Main reason every 30 mins there is internet explorer security alert and certificate alert "would you like to continue" yes/NO . then scrapbox stop posting . i have to click manually yes/no to resume posting .

sometimes there is macromedia flash alert "macromedia flash running slowly " would you like to continue : yes / no . then i have to click manually yes/no to resume posting.

Not sure if this is the right place or not, but seeing as I cant seem to get any response from support and I don't have enough posts to send a PM I have no other alternative but to post here in the hopes someone here can lend a hand.

I purchased SCRAPEBOX months ago and was very happy with the software. Seeing as it worked so well when SCRAPBOARD was leaked out I decided to purchase it. After playing around with it I decided it was just not for me and applied for a refund with Paypal.

It has been almost two weeks now and still have not gotten the refund for SCRAPEBOARD. In the meantime SCRAPEBOX stopped working. I was told that it problably had to do with asking for the refund with Paypal as I had used the same account to purchase both software and It somehow works on PayPal's IPN to control the blocklist for the software.

That's all fine and good but there has been no honest attempt at re-instating the SCRAPEBOX which has been paid and was working fine until I made the mistake of purchasing SCRAPEBOARD. Would someone here be willing to contact Sweetfunny on my behalf and ask if they could check this for me. There are several emails and support requests and no one seems to answer.

Thanks in advance to anyone who could help me with this. I really do like the SCRAPEBOX and don't see why I should not be able to use it because of a refund request on SCRAPEBOARD.

Yes, you are correct. This has happened to me. I purchased Scrapebox a few months ago. Then I purchase scrapboard and decided to refund. After that Scrapebox stopped working.

This is the answer I received from support about it.

"It's possible since you lodged a chargeback and PayPal's IPN controls the blocklist for the software."

First of all, the SB team does not delay anything. The one who delay processing of transfer etc. are the noobs asking stupid questions all day long and sending batches of emails.

Second, the license transfer is done manually, so work is involved. The policy state clearly that a transfer is free of charge once a month. id you transfer already within the last 30 days?

I agree with your policy regarding license transfer and you following it without fail...

But there is another policy where you say you we need to pay 10$ for more than one transfer. I guess you should reply to user whoever ask for more than one transfer with something like this --

1. You need to pay 10$ to get your license transferred 2nd time (and add a link to pay)

2. Wait till xxxxxx to get your license transferred.


This is just a suggestion and will make users happy, in past when I requested license transfer I was also like why no body replying ?

and reason was nobody replied to my second license transfer request till 30 day period was not over.

And yes even after you reply if somebody keep mailing kick their ass
