Hi, I'm encountering a very weird problem with the Rapid Indexer module. I can't seem to get the Start button to enable. I've imported an entire list of websites and indexer sites, but the button remains greyed out. any ideas?

Your activation came in at 7:38am and was activated at 11:35am and an email sent to you saying it was activated, you waited 4 hours.

Why then it doesn't open .. it still not activated here and tells me no valid license found ???? I tried to disable kaspersky with no luck ,

I would suggest you check your firewall too. And your AV could definitely block it if it is not 100% disabled / ScrapeBox white listed in your AV.

Ok, please email the scrapebox.sil which you can find in the configuration folder to support. Also, when you do the server test (Help menu -> test server connection), what is there?

There are 6 tabs colored green ( I think it's a connection test and they were all passed )

and scrapebox exe + update were removed
from permissions i had to add them back manualy

@cyberfox - kaspersky is great but it can be tricky to "disable"; I use it on some machines and am having no probs running sbox, just saying, if you want to start eliminating variables that's one to look at.

The other place to look is your firewall, router, and whatever else is in place locally before you get to your ISP. You responded "tried, still doesn't work" in response to a suggestion that you look at your firewall and disable your AV and whitelist sbox in your AV. Did you actually turn off the firewall temporarily to see if it was the culprit?

Listen guys , here is the story :
Back then when I was a hacker , I have hacked some paypal accounts and bought scrapebox .. My pc was blocked since then.. I don't have paypal account and that's why ..
Now , a client of mine has purchased a copy for me to promote his website that I've created .. HE GOT HIS MONEY ,, no paypal disputes ... I've gave up hacking ... WHAT THE HELL NOW ????
