I recommend you use portalweb's proxy for this! His service is great and more importantly, extremely CHEAP for the quality of the proxies he provides! You can filter the proxies according to what they are used for! Like mailing and scrapebox filter! Then download the proxies in a txt file in IPort format to import into your program. All this for only 8.95/Month! Get it while it lasts !

Hello everyone

As u can see in my profile I am completly new here and I have a question about the searching of auto comments,b4 I buy Scrapebox.

Does Scrapebox have the ability to fine tune the results so that I auto comment on websites with individual IP addresses? I don't really want to auto comment on numerous sites that have the same shared IP address.

From what I have read in this post, Scrapebox is exactly what I am looking for and from all the help members of BHW are sharing, it looks like a great place to hang.

I didnt know you can run 3-4 instances w just 512 memory w/o any problems I ran 1 instance with 1gb ram + tweetattacks and I got memory errors I don't know why..

There is not, you could always consider using its whois scraper to look for domains held by the same person, or use a separate script or app to analyse them. Though really, I'd be less concerned about posting to sites on the same IP than about some of the other things I've seen people do.

On the multiple instances with 512MB RAM, yeah can definitely be done - I've done harvesting, alive checks, and commenting with 2-4 instances on a 512MB machine. Now, it was a finely-tuned machine that was doing basically nothing else while sbox was working its magic, but yeah I've done it. Biggest tuning tips aside from the obvious OS crap are to make sure your bandwidth is optimised (e.g. TCP/IP stack) and any router inline is correctly configured to avoid flood protection and maximise performance.

Not sure if this is the right place for my comment but I saw some activation issues in above posts. I purchased scrapebox yesterday... Saturday... so I decided not to get impatient and was just hoping I heard something by Monday. I went to lunch and came back with an Active Registration email (within an hour)! Thing was up and running in the blink of an eye. Now I am a complete newb to this software so I am taking it slow... but wow! I can already see the infinite possibilities with this one!

I only have 10 private proxies and have been doing nothing but harvesting for the last week or so. I now have a fairly large list and want to start posting. My question is what is a safe amount of comments to do each day and how many connections would you advise with only 10 private proxies ?

I'm worried about getting them banned to quickly.

Question: I posted on many blog posts with PR 1 - 6, and later on , right now, I checked 10 blog posts for test, and all were no-follow, so how do I find DO-FOLLOW blog posts? I tried BlogEngine ones, but they are heavily spammed and "nofollow" , I am looking for mainly any kind of blog tool (wordpress,blogger,blogengine, doens't matter!) but I want it to be do-follow, but I don't prefer blog engine bcs too much spam XD

If you don't mind only posting to Wordpress, there is a ********/nofollow checker you can download in the add-on's menu at the top. Just download that and load your Wordpress blogs. (It currently only supports Wordpress)

Can anyone try if this works for everyone, or if it's just me.

My setup: Scrapebox, 50k keywords list, scraping wordpress blogs, around 200 high latency proxies (2500ms) from proxie harverster, scraping google with 24h time limit.
(btw my Internet connection approx. 10mb/s)

Normally, scrapebox harvests around 300 avg url/s for me, BUT
when scrapebox is busy scraping, and I select the main frame of scrapebox ( so you can move the program around on your screen ), scrapebox just goes nuts and is boosting the avg url/s up, up UP.

Since I'm using remote access, I just click the scrapebox main frame, hold my mouse button, alt+tab out of remote access and leave it for a bit, and I'm now getting around 1200 avr url/s. ^^

The error description seems to state that commenting is not active on the blog, or something like that, is there any way I can filter that out earlier (before even starting to post), is there any footprint or add-on that can detect if comments are enabled in a blog ?

Apart from that I'm starting to have good submission rates on the fast and slow poster, and gradually building my own auto-accept blog list (seems everyone is doing it also ) with each blast.

maybe sb did not have the time to detect the fields, try to raise a little the timeout for slow commenting, maybe it could help...

You could always try to find a common footprint on closed blogs. For example when commenting is closed on wordpress it will usually say it somewhere on the blog. So you could write "powered by wordpress" "keyword" -"comments are closed"

This might help with reducing the amount of errors. As far as Scrapebox not detecting the comment field, I'm not sure about that one.
