Well you need to understand search to understand how sbox works. Sbox isn't magic, it merely automates what you do manually. So if you go to google.com and type in keyword 1 or "keyword 1" you will get the same response when you do it in scrapebox. (bearing in mind of course that you are likely using proxies, which could connect to a different google data center then your home ip and may return slightly different results, and/or in a different order).
Also bear in mind when you search google, its likely you might look at the first 3 pages tops, thats the top 30 that google things is most accurate to your search. When you use sbox, you are seeing up to 1000 results. If you hit page 100 of google you would see results that would likely appear not related at all to what you searched for. When you see the results in sbox, they are ordered differently then google, so the results that you are seeing that you think might not be relevant, are ones that might have been on page 100 of google.
Anyway you get the idea, but scrapebox isn't making results up or adding things to your query to throw off results, it give you what google gives you, just in bulk.
