Thats not right in my opinion.
I have 1 spammer, with active askimet, in 9 blogs since !!!!! 3 weeks !!!!! with the same IP.
9 Blogs, 1-2 Post in each blog / day since 3 weeks and Askimet didn't marked it as spam.
I have the problem with BE blogs. My success rate was about 2%. I download again SB and try it on the same list and the success rate was about 90% 
I think that there is sth wrong with the SB when you have it for the long time and update it often or install many addons. So when your success rate fall down just install it again in another folder
btw. Go to Settings and see if you have checked "Use slow Commenter Accurate Mode" - it should be checked.

It does not matter if it is updated or downloaded.
What matters is the configuration (the .ini file).
Over time, people play with the settings until they reach a point where they screw up just everything.
A simple "Reset all settings" in the help menu would be the first approach to solve issues.

MAybe - but sometimes it is better to just download a fresh build from the website rather than just keep updating over and over!
Rebuilds are good sometimes

How to harvest more blogeengine blogs ? I harvested 13k blogs and can't harvest more, everytime i put 5k keywords list and start scraping blogs, sb harvest only 50-100 fresh blogs, 99% are duplicated. Do you have better custom footprints ? I read that people have 40k blogengine lists

Google is opening 1 connection then instantly closing it again. - 0 results
Yahoo is not connecting at all but is giving an error (I think it said 403 ?) - 0 results
Bing pulls up a couple of hundred before closing
AOL doesnt find anything at all... - 0 results
I am running the latest version, I cant think what else it could be...?

Private will give you a higher success rate and are way faster, public is quite the opposite but still works.

Proxy sellers will say use private -
It depends on what your looking to do with SB to be honest, Im quite small and do things in my own time and just post to a few thousand a week as and when I please just to keep my serps up on top, but I only focus on my local areas and county town so I am happy with using the free proxies!
If you are going to be ponding the crap out of keywords and hammering thousands a day then maybe invest in private proxies, but remember private proxies get banned also!
Most people blame the proxies for shit success rate but 9/10 times its the shitty comments they use or just use crap anchor text which gets caught very quickly!
