I've been testing this software for a week and I must say, I got some very good results, great job SF.
I've moved up on the SERP's for every site that I've blasted and I didn't even ping anything, I let Google discover everything on its own.

thanks for the answer, i will buy proxy then ..
and how about captcha service ?
is it important ?

captcha service will only give a few proxies
not realy worth the time provided you
have a good source.

Would using WiFi spots be a good alternative to proxies?

if u can change your spot every few minutes sure

My scrapebox crashes everytime when i harvest wp blogs with custom footprint, i use proxies from not public lists, what is wrong ? 2 days ago everything was fine

Thought of an awesome add-on. Article scraper. Something you give a keyword too and it scrapes a set # of articles from major directories and you have the option to save all the articles as single text files or one big one separated by a space or something.

payment sent. please check your PM (important for my further contact email)

A good feature would be on the slow comment accurate poster, there should be a box you can tick so your computer will automatically shut down after its finished slow commenting.

Because it took about 1 1/2 hours to do 500 posts and then you have to manually turn your pc off after it.

Just an idea

May Day, May Day! Google has changed the internet as we have known it! It has effectively (or not), changed its algorithm to a more "themed" or Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) algorithm. This was done I believe for two major reasons:
  1. To deliver more relevant content to users
  2. To provide better advertising through its Google Adsense|Ads.

Some websites with hardly any links are now overtaking websites with thousands of links! Listen up guys. You don't need massive back links anymore! It's a waste of time and band width! And, they may adapt Yahoo's policy on back links which is they are all the same...no difference between DF and a NF link.

Google has effectively (or not), devalued the criteria that went into their PR. Again, you will now see websites grabbing the #1 position in the SERPs with only a few back links. Take a good look at those websites and ask yourself if its core features matches your search. Is the information on that website directly related to what you were searching for.

Scrapebox will also need too update its software to keep up with Google's new Semantic Indexing, maybe something that will map the themes or LSIng needed to achieve SERP dominance in different niches. Just my 3 cents.

is there feature in scrapebox to index your backlinks faster?

Just started to use Scrapebox again and it doesnt read any Wordpress blogs when commenting. They all fail to read. I am using private proxies. Have I missed something somewhere that I need to change now. 120 pages is a lot to go back through.

Yes you can Ping the links.

On another note: which private proxies do you guys suggest? and how many would I need for SB? is 10 enough?

When the comment poster has completed its job, and I use the "check links" feature, the number of links found is always considerably less than the number shown for "successful post", down at the bottom right of the interface- why is that?

Well if you think about it, it is a blog commenter, not a guaranteed link builder. I mean it just automates blog commenting. So if you go to a blog a leave a comment, it doesn't mean its instantly approved. It is likely moderated. So sbox just automates the submission. Most blogs still moderate the comments. So successful just means that it was submitted successfully. Bearing in mind that when you harvest thousands of blogs from Google, you get ones that arent able to be commented.

How many links you get depends on how good you comments were. :) Plus it takes time for them to be approved. I would say I hit optimum at 3-5 weeks after my runs.

after commenting like lets say 500 blogs... my SB says 2/5 of them were succesful, but after i put link checker on... only 1-3 were found X_x... has there been new WP or other blog updates that doesnt allow SB commenting atm?

And i'm now shocked that google has gone one step further, will this make SB useless now? O.o http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/1833346-post5389.html

EDIT: or will it make SB greatly uneffective?

So, I have a question that may or may not have been asked before, but is there any way to surpass the security asking if you'll allow the site to be loaded? It's just sometimes I'll leave it running, go to bed, get up the next day and it's done 10 since and got stuck on that one because it wanted verification on whether or to let it through.

Hope someone can help :)

Steve.

This has been covered before in this thread. Just a matter of jacking down your IE security settings in a nutshell.
