Why do u need proxies when you harvest urls?

if u want to harvest forums and blogs based on targeted keywords how do u do that with scrapebox?

It's a MS limitation with the grid, however you can still harvest as much as you want it saves files in 1 Million batches to the ScrapeBox directory as it harvests.

Like that, so there is no limitation on how much you can harvest just a limitation with the grid display.

Ok, i know how to repair it... In the configuration file scrapebox.ini in my case there was no value entered after "country", so i entered a short fi for finland. After restarting scrapebox with the hand entered value i could change the value in scrapebox again without scrapebox crashing.

I'm sorry, I harvested 100k URL's in 6 hours. I also stopped it before it was finished. Anyways... I was told by other people that use scrapebox that they can harvest 100k URL's per day, then comment on nearly 50% of those. Then they would get a 10-20% success rate which would be 5-10k per day! That's simply incredible!

So... how many people here use private proxies? If so, how much more efficient is it?

Turn on the multi thread and get a decent list of keywords I can do 60k urls in about 3 minutes flat using normal scraped proxies -

good tip is when ur proxys have finished setting up put the lowest latency at the top then save to scrape this means they go first

Anyone have experience with the pinger? what sites do you ping to? Do you use it for indexing and to what result.

Ok great, thanks for letting me know... Was driving myself crazy trying to replicate it. The old missing ini trick.

That's a socket error, do you have any AV or Firewall that may be blocking the sockets? Many get upset spawning 100 connections to random IP's, so try whitelisting ScrapeBox and lowering the number of connections and raising the timeout on the proxy harvester.

I badly need scrapebox. but having issues with paypal with are taking a hell of a time to remove my limitations!pffff...

anyway, wanted to know before buying this apparently cool stuff, does it work well with direct affiliate links? i saw someone claiming he made one sale within one day, which means he recovered half his investment in a day, is that really possible?
are you guys having any similar success with scrapebox?like putting direct affiliate links?

I don't think there will be regex added in the near future.
Many don't know regex, will turn it on, and will complain that SB is broken.
The result: SF will get another ton of emails, and SB will suffer because of all the time spend with answering emails instead of enhancing SB.

The idea itself is good, and when maybe more people request it, it might be added, who knows.

How about making it the same way like in the proxy harvester? There is the option "IP-check". You can uncheck it or leave it. And when you uncheck it and close and open again its checked again. When you would use the same system for the regex a user would need to check this option again and again to get an error by not knowing how to use regex. So I think this way the possibility for complaints wouldnt be high.

I am having an issue figuring out the harvesting. I try with the proxies and even though they are checked and good they fail when harvesting starts?

I have hide my IP...Can I just set that on change IP every few minutes and by-pass having to use proxies thru scrapebox?
