Hello, i bought scrapebox a few years ago ago and had it on a hard drive which is now dead, When i try to search for the link to download in my email, i can't find it, so i must have even used a disposable email, but my paypal email is always the same, if you could verify my paypal and give me a new link to download it that would be really helpful..

If you purchased using a disposable email address and dont know what that was then unfortunately there's no way for us to look anything up with no info.
I dont know who is cheapest, i've never done a comparison but we have used MyPrivateProxy for 8-9 years and they have always been excellent. We have a coupon for them https://www.scrapebox.com/proxy
However any HTTP IPv4 proxy should work with ScrapeBox.

Are browser and normal ping mode same in terms of safety? I mean in browser mode we're visiting page and risking any malware that might be sitting on a page?

Having an issue with a new license for Scrapebox and looking for help. I have contacted support, got a quick answer last night with a question, then I answered the question and have not heard back in about a day now. Maybe I am being impatient, but I want to use this software, so I am trying here.
I have a VPS from CheapSEOVPS, which I am running GSA Website Contact and GSA Captcha Breaker on without much issue.
I downloaded Scrapebox, did the verification, received the email saying it was good to go, yet, it still says at the bottom of the program "unable to connect with scrapebox servers."
I have the most updated version with version 2.1.0.33. I have also deleted it and redownloaded the program.
I have checked my firewall settings and I have an incoming and outgoing rule allowing scrapebox, so that should not be an issue.
When I do the check under help, I get 1 green light and 2 red lights. That was the question support asked me and when I told them that, I never heard back.
Can anybody offer any help?

Yes we can definitely search your current email, but if you bought with a different email which you don't know and have no other proof of purchase then we won't be able to find anything.
I've never encountered an issue and i've never heard of anyone ever having an issue with malware from visited websites. I've downloaded hundreds of 0 day exploit URL lists and run ScrapeBox against them with no security enabled, then done a system scan with no trace of any exploit.
Hi, you only purchased 24 hours prior and we replied to you once already in that time. And support have now replied to you 3 times in total since you purchased 36 hours ago. We get a lot of support emails, and we are likely on a completely different timezone than you. So please at least allow us some time to respond!

I've just searched your email address, and there are 56 results for tech support and activations. Several of them are from this month. Below is our last email from 24 hours ago, and you have not sent us a logfile or any further information so we can assist. When you send us a generic email just saying it's not working and dont provide us with a screenshot, or an error message, the version you are using or what you are entering in to the software to cause it not to work then unfortunately we can only provide generic things to try or check.
There's no response to this in 24 hours, how can we help any further?

We don't provide a backlink service or pre-built lists, we provide ScrapeBox which is a desktop software you can run and scrape URLs from various search engines and then comment on those. This is all done locally, and nothing is sent to our server (besides the license check or crash reports if you choose to send them).

But if you only want a tool to create backlinks and nothing else, also check GSA SER it's purpose built for that specific task so naturally does a better job. Hey I need help, I just started using scrapebox again after years of not using it. I updated the app to the latest version, but can't seem to scrape anything using proxies. I try to scrape without proxies and it will scrape everything but Google, I'm not sure why Google isn't working, my ip should not be blocked as I haven't done much heavy scraping and haven't used this program in years but want to now! Please help
I have been having issues with scraping google.
I've tried two 4g proxies with 5 threads. Google flags them.
I got 11 private tried 7 threads. Seemed okay until I ran the email verifier for a few emails. Still passes google proxy test but wont scrap anything.
