Im trying to ping my blog on blogspot,but it fails.Can somebody help me,how to do it?

I added my rss link which looks: h**p://mysite.blogspot.c*m/feeds/posts/default
I loaded the default rss service list.
I pressed start,it said rss ping completed within a sec. without doing anything.

Can I use scrapebox to find a list of blogs to post links on and forums to join that all have a particular word in the domain? So if I am going after busses I can hunt down domains and forums that have the word Bus in them?

I didn't read all this 66 sites only the last 10 but i am also not really happy with the "true"sucess rate.

.) The mostly blogs (in my opinion 80%) have the comment field, but no comments inside - so they block all comments

I get with proxies a "sucess" rate from ~70% (wow, nice) but if u look 2 days later...no post (or check with the checkfunction).

So i get a really true rate (wordpress/blog/move..) from MAXIMUM 3%.
Means: 1000 "sucess" posts = 30 Links (the other "sucess" are from these blog, they have the commentfield but no comments on the side).

Okok , i can blast 10000 for 300 Links, but its also cost time/money/traffic.
How can i go up, how can i find blogs, they have links/comments inside.

The way that i tried are really unsatisfactory

Is there a way to check harvested URLs against URLs I have already posted on? So that I don't end up posting to a blog I posted on last week or last month etc.

You can (right site) Import a List (txt file) and compare it with the actual list.

So save the URLs from the first, harvester new and compare (with import and compare) it with the "old" list.

Yes. After you harvest URL's, pick Import URL List -> Select the URL list to compare and choose another URL harvest list. That will remove any matches it finds in the new list.

Is there any known errors with the link checking? I run Check Links on about 1000 blogs yesterday after posting to them (can't remember if they were moveable or blogengine) and almost all of them returned 'found', but most of them were still obviously awaiting moderation. Haven't experienced this before, is it a common bug?

One more question here. Is it possible to submit comments to Wordpress and leave the 'website' field empty? If I use a blank 'website' text file I get an error - so I am wondering if there is an alternative way?

Im waiting for the new version. Lately I even cant use the slow commenter really because after a couple of 10 urls it crashes. So cant use it really at the moment...

By the way... what do you guys think is the fastest way to make money with SB? I mean direct aff-links probably wont work because only some webmaster will click the links. So what would be the fastest way?

Of course you can. Choose custom footprint and dont put something in the box above and miami in the keywordbox. Then you will harvest every website with miamy inside.
If you want to harvest forums you need to know the footprint. For example "Powered by SMF" or similar. You can put this into the box above and the keywords in the keywordbox. Then the harvester is putting it together for each keyword.

Example:
footprint: site:.gov
Keywords: miami
hybrid cars

Then the searched terms would be:

site:.gov miama
site:.gov hybrid cars

So youre free to scrape everything you want from searchengines...

I never thought I would write this because I feel unfair to say SB needs to be higher priced when I got it at a low price but I think there are some good reasons for doing so.

57USD is very low price. Taking maybe 400USD would sell less but I think with all this functions and good reviews there would be still enough buyers to turn quantity in quality. So that SF still makes the same money.

Less sold versions would mean less work for SF. I hear SF saying how many supportmails she is getting. Which leads to the point that she needs to spend a lot of time only in support. I mean she isnt forced to code on SB but like I heard she would do this more likely.
So the support leads to slow down the work on SB.

SB is the best spammer but has the lowest price. Why that?

The spamming is getting harder and harder it seems. And the reason possibly is that very much versions of SB are out there. Forcing the blogmaster to make additional security.
Going further this path who knows what they will do to prevent spam...

Something to add?

Like I said, Im not feeling very good by saying that when I got it cheap but it looks to me the big number of SB-Versions has the potential to ruin a lot...

Maybe im wrong so take it only as thoughts...

I have a suggestion for the manual commenter -

The thing that mostly takes the time is the page loading. It would rock if there was a tabbed system, say with 5 or even 10 tabs. When you initially started, it would load all ten tabs, and show the screen for number one. You would comment and hit "next." The first tab would go away, and the screen from the second tab comes into view. At the same time, the tab in the new "number 10" slot is loading site #11.

In this way, all of the screens are fully loaded as soon as you come on to them!
