Agreed, and thanks for sharing the insight. Think of it this way, guys and girls....apply your best social engineering skills to the comments you write. It's really just that simple (well, not really that simple, but as with so many things BH, human psychology is such a critical factor).
Also, having been burned on this more than once myself, attention everyone who just read these helpful comments: Do NOT use them verbatim. There's nothing wrong with them, they are actually brilliant examples, but if we all start using the exact same damned comments, akismet ban hammer rates will go up, some of the more intelligent blog admins will notice the similarity of comments from different submitters, etc. Also it's just plain lazy to copy and paste. At the bare minimum, tokenize them. Heavily.
nryan has shared some brilliant comments (and the really brilliant part is the psychology behind them). Show him some respect by applying his method in a creative way.

1 of my domains per campaign is usually how I run, but you're free to mix it up - one interesting option I've used on occasion is to find a few of my autoblogs that are somewhat in the same niche topically and use a mix of URL's from all of them for my backlinks. That way I can right somewhat targeted comments but keep them "broad" enough to apply to URL's from any of the domains I'm using (e.g. "interesting technology" would be one bit of a comment for domains about, say, Android, VoIP, security software, etc.).
I have my own very strong opinion about putting a backlink in the comment box, but I'd be interested in what others' opinions on your second question are.

I agree, they should be used as guidelines and examples of 'thinking outside the box'. I had to consider whether or not to post them, since I didn't want to risk users just copying and pasting the comment - but then again, this thread is full of helpful contributions so it would be selfish to keep all my tips to myself.
And you're right, it's the psychology. I actually felt bad when reviewing the successful blogs, because one blogger had accepted my comment about 'half of the post being displayed' and then apologised for the blog not displaying properly.

Thanks but if i sleep, the emails keep pouring in and i wind up miles behind.
The browser posters are being totally re-done right now, which makes it possible to comment to all sorts of blogs/cms and with higher success rates than before.

I used http://bypasscaptcha.com/ with senuke. They are good. senuke also recommends http://www.beatcaptchas.com/
Both are around $8 for 1000 solves.

Does anyone know, what is the fastest and most reliable decapta service?Have you checked out decaptcher.com (I think most of the CL bots use this service). I seem to recall they were around $5 per thousand but that price would need to be verified.

Sounds about right. There was a period of complaints about decaptcher.com - unreliable service, long solve times - but I just saw a thread last night here on BHW citing some evidence that decaptcher.com was improving:

I've been using them with a couple of bots for about two weeks now and have no complaints myself. But it's been fairly limited usage on my part.

I'm using decaptcher.com right now and so far i am having no problem with it except for the past few days when they changed their API.
The cheapest that I know is the one used in LFE, maybe we can use their service I think they're reliable too

Hm. Maybe you need an employee for that? There is a thread at bhw where you can buy a fulltime employee for 300usd per month.

I know that JDownloader is pretty good in breaking captchas. And I believe they are using a good amount of available captchabreaking apis. So I think there wouldnt be the need to pay something for.
