It seems like a great software and I really enjoy using it.
But now a problem occured:
When trying to post on moveable type blogs ALL post fails, just wanted to report it

Just purchase soft and get it activated after few minutes!
Learning now few trick and soon i will run my first blast!

i got all excited and bought scrape box, then i saw i gotta wait up to 12 hours for it to validate =/

so much for instant graitifaction lool

love the tool tho, and these 12 hours are being spent learning how to use it well :)

damn its been about a hour for me so far, i did submit the activation twice but i'm not sure if that made a difference.

I got an email saying thanks for your purchase, but not a second one like they claim you get after doing the activation

Anyone know of a way to find out how much bandwidth you have used up on proxybonanza?

Edit: now found it on thier site.

I have a security question to you guys.

Is there any risk on posting at some sites. Because sometimes my antivirus software pops up saying an exploit has been detected on a site scrapebox was posting at.

Can something infect your computer that way?

Thank you very much!

I had one come in about 45 minutes ago with messed up activation data, such as the last name in the email field, no email address at all which is what i use to cross check payments. First name starts with "a" this yours?

If details are right, i activate right away and if not then whenever i have a spare moment to play detective in PayPal and work out who it belongs to.

Hey SweetFunny,

Thats me, sorry for the incompetance. I realized after the firest submit i did it wrong and submitted again.

I was told you guys rock! i'm so glad its true.

I just want to say something to the people who are not having any success with this great tool.

"you should read the instructions again."

Someone just posted "this is my excerpt to my blog" and I think someone else may have gotten their files mixed up because they tried to comment 700 times on my blog and my blog doesn't even have 700 pages all totaled.

So, if you are not having luck, these could be some of the reasons.

What is the recomended time out for proxies? i have it set to 50 seconds and i'm getting a alot of time outs.

I understand that setting it higher will give me more results, but at the same time something that takes 80 seconds to respond is a really slow proxy.

any suggestions would be amazingly appreciated :)

Hey Sweetfunny,

Thanks for adding the nice feature of selecting proxies. Its great. Will test tomm.

I would really appreciate if my second request is in development as well, where we can remove specific extensions of domains. My fingers are crossed. :)

r u using free or paid proxies?

greg,

free proxies, paid i know would be different. i'm harvesting from port scans and other low key methods :)

BTW for anyone with a high traffic site, best way to find proxies is in your logs ;) that is if you can script for it

@ lost tribe - ok, interesting. and thanx for the tip about scripting. I know what will be happening in the Stereo household tonight lol.

I get a lot of timeouts with free proxies, I usually just harvest the hell out of the interwebs for as many free ones as I can get and let ScrapeBox work its magic rotating them. For commenting nothing beats paid private proxies. Having a box dedicated to scraping 24x7 really makes a difference.

peace,
gregs.

Hi SF, it's cool now we could select multiple proxy sources at once.
Could you add the same feature to make Scrape sources selectable?
For example: choosing Amazon + Google Product + Shopping then Scrape!

Thanks

*BTW I was using FAKE emails that came with SB to begin with as recommended in the video*

No everywhere says DO NOT use the example files included in the download, they exist purely to give you an idea what you should put in the files.

But then I changed the email address to one of my spam emails and it worked perfect!

Yes the example emails, are likely to be blocked by every spam detection on the planet because for sure 100's of people went ahead and used the examples out of the box.

That makes perfect sense. :)

Edit: This is now built in and will be in v1.10.10 which will be uploaded in a little while (after more goodies are tucked in also)

thanks for the thanks (oh noes I is becoming a thanks whore lol)

on your questions:

1 - I haven't had any negative impact on my @dsense from using this; I try to be careful with the Big G but nope they don't seem to have any ishs with it in terms of @dsense

2 - yes, most blogs are not on autoapprove; most BlogEngine blogs are so there's some sweet sweet love you can get from them, but most wordpress and movable type blogs = no auto approve

3 - God only knows what g00gle is counting these days; I've seen my pagerank, my @dsense and other affiliiate $$$, and my traffic overall improve since implementing ScrapeBox campaigns into my repertoire, but I'm not an SEO expert

peace,
gregs.

I was wondering if you could add a limit option, so after 1,000 valid-comments have been posted, supplying you set the limit at 1,000, scrapebox will stop, I keep having to watch over the application when I want to post just 1,000 comments/day for example. :)

Hi, here is something I use to stay closer to my daily target. Get a text splitter and divide your scraped blogs list into several smaller lists. I use hjspilt and although it keeps me on a daily target, just be cautious that after it has split your blogs into smaller text files, it ads a number after the file so you need to go in and change them back to .txt
