Where do I download the documentation files?
Like the directions.

I already know how to use everything except the pr storm mode.

Like what is the point of it and why should I use it?

Right below the link to download ScrapeBox there is a link to a usage guide.

The point of Ping Mode if you want backlinks/traffic is referrer spam, either with Awstats & Webalyzer logs, recent visitors widgets and that sort of thing.

You can also "make" traffic from whatever sources you want and when affiliate companies ask "Where is your traffic coming from?" and if you will get banned saying Craigslist... Then Bingo:

As you can see, ScrapeBox.com is getting organic traffic from Google for the keyword "test". ;)

Hi

I am noticing that when I try to get PR for a list of URLs, it just stops after around 20 each time.

Could you try changing the time delay to 2 seconds and let me know if that helps, it's possible toolbarqueries is blocking you for requesting too fast.

One more thing.

How do I keep from posting to the same blogs over and over?

Like if I post to blogs about toys and then in 2 days I want to post again how do I make sure I am not posting to all the same blogsd again?

The way i manage lists, and the sites i promote i don't really run in to that problem. However i will add "Log Management" to my to-do list and look in to it shortly, thanks.

That would be really great so I dont post to the same blogs over and over.

Other than that the software runs perfectly for me on my windows vista sp2 machine.

I LOVE IT best $50 ive spent in a while, thanks again!

Thanks mate, much appreciated. Since the rewrite and tweaks to the commenter it's actually pretty devastating to any blog not nailed down. Here is a random sample of 1,000 blogs i just harvested and posted to with the latest code:

test-run.png

14.9 Comments per Second, with an 82.4% Success Rate. Not sure how fast Xrumer is these days, but ScrapeBox would surely have to be one of the fastest ways to submit links around at almost 15 per second.

Just in the middle of rewriting/optimizing the Scraper and Pagerank components to make them better.. Then new features like the logfile management will be looked at.

Edit:

Just an update, today i bought a brand new domain to exclusively use ScrapeBox on to test the effectiveness of the tool with no links/promotion from other sources.

Indexed 6 hours after domain registration with 15 Yahoo backlinks already: http://www.scrapebox.com/random/new-domain.png

216 Uniques, 86 just in the 1 hour after the comment run: http://www.scrapebox.com/random/new-domain-indexed.png

Domain age: 12 hours since checkout and DNS resolving, the slight "bump" at 12 midday was me uploading a home page.

Sweetfunny: I downloaded the very latest update (1.1.04), but when I unpacked it on top of my scrapebox installation it tells me it's version 1.1.3.1. So is the 1.1.3.1 the very latest?

thanks!

Sorry mate, i actually screwed up and uploaded an experimental build to the main channel which you got. The only change is the Pagerank lookup, and it's quite possibly a better version but just not checked/tweaked enough.

Trying to optimize it takes time, it means pushing toolbarqueries until banned then lowering the connection rate and repeating when unbanned to find the "sweet spot" for lookup volumes.

You can keep running that, or i've just uploaded 1.1.4 which also now only uses 3 digits for version numbers. It even tripped me up, so this will be simpler.

Nice, looking forward to your results. My site is 1 day old now and it's been about 23 hours since my first comment run..

260 Yahoo Links: http://www.scrapebox.com/random/day1links.png
406 Unique Visitors: http://www.scrapebox.com/random/day1traffic.png

Just a tip, from my metrics so far 62% of traffic has come from /wp-admin/ URL's so many blog owners "do" view your site before approving/denying your comment. If it's loaded with Adsense and payday loans articles or similar you can lose a ton of possible link approvals just because of it, that's roughly 620 from every 1,000 comments submitted.

So upload a non-commercial page, pictures of your cat or something with no ads.. Do your comment run, and a week or two later once your links are approved then switch the page out with your payday loans stuff and fill it with ads.

I may need to get this tool in the near future. Thread is going in my subscriptions =)

That's good advice!

Thanks a lot.

Just purchased this software yesterday and have been learning how it works. From my initial impressions it looks like it is great piece of kit. My first (spun) submission stuck with around 75% ok'd but of course having gone back and looked at the urls which were successful the comment itself has not appeared which I think is down to moderation of comments. I initially tried it on one of my own blogs and the comment (which was spun) was sitting in the queue to be appproved and worked perfectly.

I guess you just have to wait and check yahoo for any links which stuck a few days later....

I have also had some success using the G**gle command "keyword here "Remember my personal information" "Notify me of follow-up comments" - G**gle Search" which idenitifies do follow blogs to post on.

I tried to place this into the ini file for the preset searches and used the keyword in the keyword box within the app but found that once the urls were gathered and posted to, none of then came out as posted.

Does anyone know how you can use this excellent piece of software to scan for do follow blogs using keyword search and then to post to them as per normal in the program?

There is a tool shared on BHW download section which lets u check the PR(edit: I meant do-follow instead of PR). that one is also a ******. I couldn't find the link but make a search, u might be lucky. If you are not able to find it then PM me, I will search on my PC and put it up on mediafire.

With the footprint.ini file you don't have to edit this directly (you can if you want) but it just auto stores the custom footprints you enter in the app so you can build up a drop-down personal footprint library.

To harvest ******** blogs, you can tick the built in Wordpress footprint which finds all blogs with an open comment form plus you can add an additional footprint to refine it further. For example i've added KeywordLuv which is quite often ********:

http://www.scrapebox.com/random/********.png

This will find KeywordLuv enabled blogs like the one in the picture above the app (which is ********). Then just trim duplicates, export the URL's and load them in the poster.

Instead of putting "This site uses KeywordLuv" you can put other ******** footprints, you can even put in there site:.edu to harvest only .edu blogs. :)

Thanks both for the help - I will try Sweetfunnies tip above...

By the way I think the blog commentor Benditer was referring to is here this is also a way of finding do follow urls to attack.

I'm having problems collecting pagerank. With a working proxy list I get the same error just as quickly as not using a list. It's the whole G-Word not liking my IP which seems to indicate that the box isn't utilizing the proxy list when it visits google to check for page rank.

Does the pagerank checker utilize the proxy list?

Also, Is it possible to reqest some selecting flexibility from the URL list? I can harvest a thousand URLS and sometimes find 50 or 100 links with some decent page rank. It would be nice to just grab those URLS without having to pick them 1 by 1.

Wow these are great results!

Let me know if I am on the right track.

I am using proxies bought from elite proxy switcher and change them every day.

I use around 30 different names, about 40 different emails and like 7 different comments that can relate to just about any blog. Some of my names are keywords others are just random names.

I am not anywhere near the amount of links you have after like 2 runs. I only ran around 600 urls could this be why?

Am I using the software properly? Any tips?

Does the pagerank checker utilize the proxy list?

As i mentioned only a couple of posts ago, the Pagerank query part is currently being totally rewritten like most the other components have already to make them far better than before.

But lets forget that for a second, can you try dropping the threads setting from 10 down to just 1 or 2? You can also increase the delay from the default 0 seconds to as high as 10 seconds for each request.

These settings are there so you have pretty good control over how rapidly you fetch PR to avoid being blocked.

If that doesn't produce better results, any chance you can send me your proxies and the URL list you are checking so i can watch the requests in a packet monitor and see what's happening?

You can already do this, harvest the URL's and check their Pagerank. Order the results by PR (highest to lowest) by clicking the PR column and export them. If you open the list in Notepad you will see it maintains the order with the lowest PR at the bottom and highest PR at the top. Simply delete the bottom URL's below whatever PR value you want which leaves high PR and re-save it.

Although i don't see much point doing this, a PR N/A today could be a PR6 next update and you will kick yourself you didn't post to it.

Yes sounds perfect, although i have not tried Elite Proxy Switcher but if this program is handling the volume of connections from ScrapeBox without too many failed errors you should be good to go.

Doing small daily blasts of 500-1,000 is perfectly fine, the reason i've got 300 Yahoo links showing on a 48 hour old domain is i blasted 7k successful comments in one run for testing.

Trackback Spammer in ScrapeBox

The current dev build of ScrapeBox is capable of Trackback spamming and i'm just doing some final testing/tweaking.
