Yes you can. But for comfortable operation OS Windows, we recommend tariff number 2.
The minimum requirement for Windows Server 2012 is 1.4 GHz, 64-bit processor core, 512 MB of RAM, a 32-GB disk partition and a standard.
You can try on the first tariff.

For VPSes the there should not be any restriction whatsoever. Just install certbot and run it (for linux that is. I am sure something is available for windows as well). You will generate the certificate in no time.

I'm with AlexHost since the beginning of 2018 or more. My website receive a lot of complaints, no issues with them.

Good prices, good support. Uptime is great, no problems.

They are good dealing with DMCA, never have a single problem.

What I should expect to see in the future? In first place DDoS Protection from Voxility or Combahton. Cloudflare helps but not protect against all layers.

1Gbps Included in Dedicated Servers, IP Whitelabel for Privacy.. I would love to see their IPs registrated at Seychelles Offshore Company, should be great to improve Privacy.

And for those who are asking, yes my website isn't small. It's very known on the country.
