1. You do not need to use a proxy to run multiple FB accounts
2. Yes, FMS works very well with FB brand new accounts
3. You can post to groups that you joined private and public and using pages & personal accounts

I think that you can. There are instructions somewhere in the threads.

To achieve that, you will need to extract group member UIDs, then you can mention them in public posts

You can also:
- Mention group members
- Mention your friends in a group post
- Mention group who commented on last X group posts
- Mention people in a post (from your inbox)
- Mention a custom audience (UIDs)
- Mention using page or a personal account

The mention tool support multi account, so.. you will be able to send tons of mentions

The software will auto switch between accounts that you selected for posting mentions.
