I did not use much so what i have tested was working well, but im not expert so i did not notice what you are talking about.
so from now, if you don't ordered it from me, I cannot do more for you unfortunately.

As stated by @Diamond Damien, reselling is not permitted.

Reselling isn’t permitted. They need to be in control of the service they are providing.

If he’s selling the same service on another site. That’s no problem.

Yes - we have sellers who offer software on their threads but please be aware that just straight reselling isn't allowed. The seller has to provide a value-added service and prove they can maintain the service and provide support / offer refunds if the software doesn't function as promised. Obviously, as you've mentioned, you need also to prove that you have the right to resell the software.

However, we can't say if the thread will be approved until it's been reviewed and checked against the promises made on the sales thread.
