In regard to the username and email. The Youtube Channel I want to add is under my main channel as a secondary channel. Will I have the option to select which channel I want to use?

I think I answered you in PM already, but just to be sure, go to Social Profiles tab and click on SYNC button next to your YT Profile. Wait 1-2 minutes till Jarvee finishes syncing and you'll be able to choose preferred channel.
Yes, it can be done. You'll have to add your video URL to source "Comment on Videos by URL" and add your comment there.

Yes, it can.
Depends how many accounts you'll run. If you run just 2-3 accounts, no need for proxies.

If accounts that you're using for upvoting are good, then they shouldn't drop. Why? Do you have any issues with it?

Why the heck YT comment starts scraping and automatically logs my account off,and then it relogs after time and every time you try to start comment it logs out or whatever yt. So it tries to scrape,executing scrape= whatever and then code 3 not logged in,wtf....
