Negative Rating.
Disappointed with the trial. Service started 2 days after sign up, my growth manager followed around 100 people over the course of 3 days. On the onboarding I gave detailed targeting sources and specifically said not to follow women. My review of the accounts he were following were: 15% weren't even related to my niche (as in none of them followed my target accounts) and the growth manager ignored my request and still followed women. My growth coach gave me generic advice on what to put in my bio and said to review other larger accounts to see what they are posting and copy. Advice was not tailored to my account at all.
I was assured that there would be a full 5 day trial given that the service started 2 days after sign up. I cancelled the recurring payment with PayPal a few hours before payment would have gone out after I realised how poor my growth manager was doing, the trial also ended so I didn't even get to see 5 day of their manager work.
From my experience this service is not worth $199 and I could do much better 10 mins a day whilst on the toilet.
Hi! I don't think you responded to the email I send to all new customers, and I also don't see any PM here on BHW where you discuss these things with me. I also have no idea any of your member or subscription information. I can't provide much detailed insight in your specific case. You're always welcome to discuss these things with me. I help people a lot when they speak to me directly about things. I send emails to all customers for a reason.
To be clear, our service isn't rocket science. Most people can replicate our service if they do it themselves assuming they understand Instagram's intricate action limits. Each month we spend over 40 hours on each account. If you feel like your time is worth less than $3-4 an hour, then doing this yourself is definitely a good idea, and I wouldn't recommend our service to those kind of people.
If this is a recent experience, you likely signed up during a time where we're publicly stating there is trial delays. There are onboarding delays. We're at max capacity. Our free trials are not being prioritized right now. We're much more focused on our existing customers due to the nature of the service. We are still offering free trials, but there are various public notices on our site informing people of the current trial experience. We hope to resolve this soon.
Our gender targeting isn't 100% accurate because we don't have access to API. We also mention that our gender targeting isn't 100% accurate on various places on the site. Typically it takes time to fine-tune targeting. I'd make sure you read billing agreements and the documentation of services before you sign up for a free trial if you were unaware of the length of the free trial. It's 5 day regardless of when we onboard your account. We can't change the 5 day period due to Stripe and Paypal's billing agreements.
Regarding the advice from your personal growth assistant - yeah... again we aren't prioritizing free trial users. We can't spend a significant amount of human capitol to users on the free trial at the moment due to the current abuse rates of the free trial and the current high demand of our existing customers. I do apologize if our responses felt robotic or careless though. That's something I always want to improve on. I do apologize about that.
Fortunately you didn't spend a dollar on our service if it wasn't for you! That's why we have our free trials. If you can find a way to follow and unfollow a total of 300 accounts a day within 10 minutes on the toilet, I will pay you a significant amount of money! You're hired! Keep in mind that all trial accounts go through a warm up period, so 100 follows over the first few days is a really low number due to action restrictions.
Feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss anything in the future. Thanks for giving us a try!
But the risk is that it's not easy to get my money back if I don't like it. You're just saying "Trust me". That's not how a free trial works at all. Lol
I've never met someone who couldn't understand what a "free trial" is. You don't have to pay for the first 5 days of our service, and you can cancel anytime in the first 5 days. You will only be charged on the 5th day if you want to continue the service.

It almost seems like you're just asking for the service for free for the month. A personal growth assistant is spending 40+ hours on your account for an entire month. We can't offer that for free it would be cruel to our team members. That's not how my business (or most businesses) work.
