You can still run our service on a newly created account, but we would prefer it if you began posting content. Otherwise, growth will be very difficult.
It's hard to grow an account with few posts organically.

Review

My review after using this service for 2 months. They do use follow/unfollow method and they do it in a way in which your account is safe, so that's good. You get assigned a personal assistant to you and your account. These assistants are not very helpful and take an average of 2-4 days to reply to any messages or make any changes you request. They claim they do manual follow/unfollow, but that is not the case, as expected. Any changes in the demographic that could be easy for a person to do, but that are not hashtags, countries or other user's followers (and even these are not very accurate), are not done. For instance, if you were to ask them to avoid certain types of accounts or focus on a specific gender or an account that has "x" amount of recent posts, etc., this would not possible.

I believe this service is 100% not worth it and you are better off doing follow/unfollow yourself. If you do have the money laying around and you want an account growing in the background, then this might be for you. Even though you'd probably be better off hiring a freelancer for that money.

I wish you would've reach out to me before writing a review. I would've been able to work with you on these issues.

I personally sent you an email when you signed up, so if you were having personal growth assistant issues, I would've been able to solve them for you (or get you refunded).

I'm slightly puzzled why you said we do follow/unfollow, and then you later said we don't. I'm also slightly puzzled why you didn't recommend us, and then you later said "it might be for you".

Shoot me an email or DM and we can figure out how to make this right.

  1. I reached out to my personal assistant and nothing changed. Reached out to support on the website and they gave me a new personal assistant and still nothing changed. I don't think it's my responsibility as a client to keep reaching out to people until I get the service I paid for.
  2. If you refund me now I can update the review to let everyone know that while it wasn't what I needed, you went above and beyond by refunding me.
  3. I said you do follow/unfollow, but at least in my account it was not done manually.
  4. I don't recommend you because it was not worth the money, but if you have a few hundred $ too many and you want an account growing in the background, then you could use it. But better off doing it yourself.
 
Review Update

IGKing did get in touch with me privately and offered to refund me for the months I used the service. I must say that is the best customer service you will probably find on BHW. Ascend Viral was not for me, but outstanding customer service never goes unnoticed. My final veridict would be to give this tool a shot and see if you like it. It didn't fit my needs, but might fit yours.
