Wow, this was actually a fun article to read and it is not the coffee speaking as I only had 1/2 cup this morning.

The content was advice I would offer to someone who was interested in getting in the niche I asked @SimpleSiteSolutions to write about and was very well written.

EXTREMELY engaging and I don't get that all the time.

Appropriate <h> tags​

For on site SEO you want them and this content came with them as well so the editing process on my end was insignificant.

I'd be shocked and would fall off my chair if you purchased this content and were less than delighted.

Superb content, definitely money site material, no questions asked. Seller did research on a topic I find rather dumb - it was one of those Difference between X and Y articles and he nailed it. TAT was 5 days, but he explained to me why and it's understandable (he only missed it by 1 day anyway). I'd like to confirm what BTB said, the content came with appropriate <h> tags and was engaging. All in all, a great service if you're looking for money site content which requires little, to no editing.
