Hi! I ordered a silver package a month ago, but my site is down right now and the royalcloudhost site is down too. Is something wrong?

I am writing this feedback because I am so fucking angry with this situation!
The hosting service has been down about 8 days straight! So my website hasn't been online in this 8 days.

I don't know what has happened to the hosting site, i don't know what is the problem. The admin or who the fuck the dude is tells my that some dude is in the hospital and
that's why the site is not working.

2 days ago i send a message, that is the site working or not. He sends my new nameservers to but to my Domain.
Those don't work! i don't know why. The namecheap dot com administrators tells my the same, that the nameservers aren't working. Speak to your hosting provider.

yeah i have talked and they don't know whats the issue.

i am trying to log in to the Hosting Cpanel, but it's not finding my information or something. So right know i can't do shit.

So i recommend at this point! Don't buy this service! It's not working.

Right know this dudeis wanting more money from my.. When he gets more money he will fix the problem.
First he asked 180 dollars, then 80 dollars and right know 50 dollars for fixing the problem what should be standard maintenance work for hosting company's.

i bought the hosting service Silver (08/30/2019 - 08/29/2020)

I think this guy is scamming people. I have all discussions saved.
I have asked about refund, but not yet reply.
He is saying, that is from USA - it's a lie he is from India, Delhi.

So i recommend at this point! Don't buy this service!

Are there any review copies left? Having to start a website all over from scratch as a crappy web host that I tried out deleted my entire site from there server the very day payment was due, even though I did in fact pay them on that date.

Mind you, I had been with them for over a year. And on top of that, when they apparently saw that I had in fact paid through PayPal, they then just quietly refunded my money the following day and didn't bother to mention anything about to me until I went to add a new blog post today, saw that my site was down and contacted them!

OIY still fuming - but I digress, your service looks awesome and I am looking forward to trying it out

yeah. i had the same thing too. The guy tried to solve the issue, (that was nice) but the site was down again and again. I ended the contract what we had.
I have waited over 1-2 week for refund. But the guy is not giving the money back, just tells some story. That i give back in 24 hours and then i am at a trip wait a 48 hours... I give you tomorrow morning too late for today and etc..

Yesterday I opened a dispute using PayPal, i just want 8,20 usd back, but the guy hasn't even done anything for it, maybe he is just trying to get some time for it.

But yes, it's possible, that your cpanel is down, because the cpanel banned your ip or something. The guy have to cleanse the log files to let you back in.
I had that problem with my. however, I couldn't log in to nothing. Jetpack just informed my, that the site is down.

The best way to get hold to this guy is using his Skype. But the problem is that, there is scammer in the skype, who represents this particular guy there. So you have to figure out first who is real..

BTW, His website is working fine and I try to reach him by skype and looking for his username and there is no such an account with that username.
