They are based in Bangladesh. Product description and PBN articles, hell yes. Phone calls? Probably no.
I tried it and then canceled the service after 3 days because it just didn't feel right...
It was the lack of control that made me uneasy. I submitted my project but then I wasn't sure if someone was working on it or not. I saw the automatic payments get sent from my account every day but I wasn't sure if the work was being done, or how, no way to check how much work is being done daily or how the is it done to see if it's good value or not. Also after I sent my project I had no idea about the TAT so no way to know if my project would take a week or a year to be completed and that also made me a bit nervous.
It may work well for others, but I just didn't feel comfortable working with a middle man instead of the freelancer itself because of the lack of control.

Example of a good instruction is, I need 5 Web 2.0s created in these these platforms. Example of a bad instruction is: Here's my website, please do SEO for it.
