REVIEW TIME
I've bought this service for a week (30 hours for 40$) to give it a try.
Task:
I gave them a list of websites where the VA should create a profile and put a website link in it (and a detailed step by step guide for every website).
Results:
Well... 76 profiles got created. In 30 hours....
That means per hour the VA was only able to create 2,5 profiles on average. PER HOUR!
When I tested it myself at the beginning for the first time it took me less than 1 minute for one profile. Okay, maybe 2 minutes, but still, with a little bit of practice you could probably get that time down to 30 seconds or so.
Pros:
They were some issues at the beginning (all my fault) but they quickly resolved it.
Communication was good
Cons:
I gave them an online excel sheet where I wanted them to fill in the finished profiles, the hours worked per day and the amount of finished profiles per day but in the end they only gave me the finished profiles and the login data for the profiles in a normal excel file.
Just look at the results. I could have done it myself in about 1-2 hours max and saved myself the 40 bucks. I can understand that you get what you pay for, but the results were still miserable (considering all factors).
As a customer you never want to hear that the work hours got "rounded up" because that means I paid a certain time for nothing.
Feedback:
Maybe try to monitor your VAs since it doesn't seem like they are working all the time they should work. And if they should work all the time ask them why it takes them so long, help them to get more tech savy if that helps them improve or help them optimize certain processes.
