It is not necessary. You can use "custom order" in left panel with links to post.
Add account it is for people who manage a lot of account, you can see new posts, count of likes on each, setup auto likes, etc.

By now we do not have plans to decrease prices, we have very stable and very high quality likes with working instant start, we have a lot of orders and thinking about an increase prices for a new customers a bit...
