Domain registration and set up
I purchased the domain with an exact match keyword. The seller tells than one of the main extension is free for registration. After registration, I set up a new WordPress installation. Gave him details for the dashboard and this is my part of the work.

Within the service, the seller provided a main keyword and 5 other long tail keywords related to the main one. All keywords are relative easy to rank.

For this service i purchased the EMD of the main keyword and installed wordpress on it.
After providing the log in details to the seller, he did a great job and posted content and plugins on website. The TAT was about 5 days.
The content on website looks fine for me, the quality of the website is also nice. The seller provided 5 articles about 500 words each, SEO friendly.
One of the installed plugins let the user to post the adsense ads properly on best layouts.
Overall it's a great service, a perfect start for a passive business. It could turn into a successfully 'business' if there is posted content at least once a week.
It's also easy to scale if order this service for more websites..
In conclusion i recommend this service for a proper start.
