Rules for VCC issued
1. VCC for Adwords - DEBIT ones - used 1 time afterward = deleted = $9 - lifetime timeframe 2h to 4h to be used from the delivery.
2. VCC DEBIT destroyable can be used on Microsoft services but they detect it as PREPAID ones - BIN = US/CA.
3. ALL VCC issued by us has a balance on it (sufficient to activate your desired service).
4. In order to receive your VCC you need to be an active member on BHW and have an account here or else further verifications will be required in order to issue VCC.
5. Please DON'T COPY+PASTE THE CARD NO - YOU NEED TO TYPE IT IN ORDER TO WORK.
PRICES
Prepaid cards that can be used on different services and also to buy online AND THEY CAN BE REFILLED = $6 (also they can be used for FB ads accounts/Amazon/Yandex.ru)
Debit CARDS 1 time use - timeframe of use from the issuance = 4h - $9
Debit CARDS can be used on 2 to 4 services - timeframe of use 48h from issuance - $18
WE DON'T OFFER DEBIT CARDS TO BE USED AND REFILLED FOR ADS GOOGLE.
Recharge fee = 14% from the amount (including direct transfer to Entropay Accounts)
Payments ACCEPTED
- Payoneer (orders must be more than $50)
- Any CryptoCurrency accepted by Coingate - we don't have an address for direct transfer - all transfers will receive INVOICE on email

* Is the prepaid card a virtual one?
* Is it reloadable?
* Is the $6 fee for each time we request a reload?
* Are there any fees after we get the virtual prepaid card? Like per transaction?
* Does it have an expiration date?
* Can i use it more than one time?
* I intent on using it to purchase a subscription on some sites like to get builderall, domains, fill up my FB and Bing Ads, etc.

I know this question has been asked and answered many times here but I just want to confirm; can I use your VCC to verify a PayPal account so I can then make purchases with my balance? If so I’d likely buy the cards in bulk but I need to try one first to make sure everything goes through smoothly.

What can I say? I've dealt with @Meddie several times in the past, and I can confirm that he's a great guy, both personally and professionally. The VCC I received was meant to be used on Semrush, and it worked like a charm there.

We are not responsible for account suspension/loss or everything. We will continue supply the VCC but keep in mind 2 things:
1. VCC are good to pass Adwords Billing Verification and if you follow the FREE guide received along with the VCC you will not be suspended!!! NO REPLACEMENT/REFUND IF THE BILLING FROM ADWORDS (STEP WITH BILLING) WAS PASS AFTER ADDING VCC.
2. We will continue to provide VCC for AWS / NetFlix / Amazon Buyer / Google Developer / Vultr / PayPal - but after adding it there - we can't offer support - we don't know their rules (eg. a customer asked us to set the VCC delivered in his PP account as primary method - we don't do that!!!) PLEASE ASK ANYTHING IN SUPPORT, THEY WILL ADVISE WHAT VCC SUITS YOUR NEEDS NOT THE VCC THAT YOU THINK YOU WANT IT.

I opened a ticket. My number is 985.
I read several times in this topic the cards did work with Facebook.
Today I bought one and coupled this to a fresh real person account (10+ years old). It said card is declined check everything and submit again, after submitting again I got: Payments have been disabled on this account.
Not working.
