VCC delivered Under 1hr but due to billing country issues and Proxy I failed to used Properly for my Purpose of Dropcatch Account.

Things to be Improvement -
1. Should have given Proper Instruction (Like use Proper VPN/Proxy) and Billing address (Since Any Random US/UK/RO address will work, Why don't Just give them a random address along with VCC) at starting to avoid the issue like I faced.

Received a free VCC for AWS trial from them.
Amazon successfully charged the trial amount but I couldn't get the trial vps due to problems from my end regarding using specific billing addresses etc so they asked for utility bill.
Customer service was great and had a very short response time and answered all my questions.

I want to thank @Meddie for the free review copy of his service but I'm gonna have to be brutally honest about it.

Firstly, when he posted a thread about the review copy giveaway, I PMed to ask him if the VCCs he was selling could be used to activate a Spotify Premium Trial/Subscription to which he replied with a positive yes. With his answer being yes, I assumed he's had experience activating Spotify Premium with his VCCs in the past. So, I went ahead and created a ticket on his site to get my VCC. While making the ticket, I once again mentioned that I would be needing the VCC to activate a Spotify Premium Trial/Subscription. I also told them that they could contact me anytime if they required additional information to get the VCC created because Spotify usually asks for a ZIP code or address when entering the payment information.

I was sent a VCC within half an hour and I was pretty impressed. I was only given the card number, expiry date and the CVV number. I created a brand new Spotify account for the US region and when I went ahead to activate my free premium trial of 30 days, I was asked to enter a ZIP code which I already guessed it would ask me for. I entered a random US ZIP code and it gave me a prompt saying the payment method didn't match the region meaning the VCC was made elsewhere, in another geo. I created a new ticket telling them about this and also asking about the geo and ZIP code of the card so I could change the region and finish activating the free trial.

I received a nonsensical and very unprofessional reply from the support team telling me -
a) I wasn't making any sense
b) It was my fault for not giving them an address to assign to the card.
c) Screenshot the error message and send it over

The issue here is, in my very first ticket I had already mentioned that they could contact me if they needed additional information(name, address, zip) to create the card. When they got back to me with my review copy's VCC, I didn't think much of it assuming they've had experience with Spotify trial activations. I was wrong, clearly.

I wrote back a very polite reply along with a screenshot of the error message attached. They reverted with a very condescending tone saying -
a) I could use any ZIP code of my choice and it would still work
b) I should provide them with a link and let them do it for me because I can't do it on my own (in a very impolite manner)

At this point I had given up so I just sent them my account's login details and the links to the trial. I received a reply saying telling me that I should use a US ZIP code because it was a US account. Back all the way to square one.

I'm not an idiot. I wouldn't have opened a ticket if I could fix it on my own by just typing a random ZIP code. Upon typing a random ZIP code, I received a prompt saying the payment method I'm trying to add isn't of the same country and I should use another or change my geo. My very first message to them was me asking them for the GEO of the card plus a ZIP code if it was associated and I received no reply to it, only impolite and unprofessional replies for the sake of it.

I kept trying multiple ZIP codes and Spotify finally gave in and told me the payment method I was trying to add was from the UK and I should change region to the UK. I made a new account for the UK and I was able to activate the trial. So basically, Spotify's spam trigger was more helpful than the support team behind this service.


I'm gonna give this service a 2/5. @Meddie if you're reading this, you should consider teaching your support staff how to handle clients better. They were very unprofessional throughout the whole exchange. I know this was a review copy and you were being very generous when you were giving it away but if I were a normal paying customer, I might've had the same experience. I was impressed with the TAT on the card but I personally wouldn't use this service again.

TL;DR - Fast delivery on the card, extremely unprofessional support.
