Not able to find paypal pay by subscription. I have only the option paypal one time.

We only have one-time option at the moment because Paypal prohibited us from taking the billing agreements, we don't want to go back to paypal subscription because it will be messy for both us and you!

Yes, you can request for an upgrade later on with no data loss (whatsoever ), but it ultimately depends on our stocks, as if we are out of stock -> no space left -> can't upgrade for you.

Replied via ticket, I'm really sorry for the delays, we've been out of stock in all locations lately.

The thing is we can't have the upgrade to 'check' every servers to see which one has enough space for the upgrade every time some one click Upgrade button as it would use up alot of resources on our end and might crash the panel if it's being abused. We are still looking on how this can be done so people can't upgrade when we are out of stock, everyone who hit up a ticket upfront should have been notified about this.

And no worries, we will compensate in full the time you lost on your upgrade, so nothing is lost

Which benchmark are you looking at? Please also note that benchmark might not be the actual usable resources because some service will allow you to 'burst' for a very short period of time to increase their benchmark score, but when it comes to actual usage, your resources will be limited.

I have a 6.50 dollars a month vps at Hyonix with 1 CPU and 2 GB of ram. I installed scrapebox. When I use the free addon link extrator with a 3 000 000 urls file, the addon shutdown by itself.
I read (on your website) that you limit the cpu use to 50% if we use it too much near 100 % . Is it possible that it's the cause of the shutdown ?
Can I upgrade the vps to a 4 GB RAM 2 CPU with the same windows (so I don't have to reinstall scrapebox) ?

You can request for an upgrade by opening a ticket. We will give further instruction from there
