Can we use SEO tools without proxy ?
Unfortunately no, as using VPS IP to do SEO activities would attract a lot of reports and we need to take the VPS down as requested via our upstream :D

But in real life usage, even if we permit you using the VPS IP, the performance won't be great as the VPS IP can be blocked via services (such as Google, Bing, ...) at anytime, it's still best to use rotating proxies for SEO stuff for the highest result as possible!

Let me know if you have any further question.
Okay will write a ticket for that

Thank you :D

Hi.

So how do you make sure users aren't abusing it with their SEO tools?
:)

We got IP monitor in the back that will report to us when the IP being listed on public blacklist databases or being reported by hoster. Reading the blacklist reasons will reveal what did user do for example: multiple times posting/scanning on various of sites in a short timeframe, ...

We will then take actions on the VPS associated with the reported IP. Notify or direct suspension depends on the report type (some require us to take immediate actions, while others allows 24-48 hours to contact and resolve the issue!)
hi how long does my vps order will be activate? it still pending. btw my Client number is #2489.
Should be provisioned by now :P

Update:
1. We are really tight in stock right now and working on restocking as soon as possible (Especially in Texas with incredibly high interest).

2. A lot of upgrade requests are not being responded due to 1 as we don't want any further delays on any upgrade and will only proceed it once we restock!

3. In the next 2 weeks, we will be upgrading our client panel in both features and user interface. (AWESOME!!)

4. New feature is under development: TurboRDP - that will enhance the remote speed between your location and the VPS, and will be offered for free for all clients with at least 1 active service ;)

5. Los Angeles location coming soon for Asia customer :D

Let me know if you guys have any question!

Yeah, right... But that doesn't stop people from spamming, does it?

Correct, however their actions won't last long (mostly reports will come in within 72 hours since the spam started) and will end up with service termination which make it unprofitable in any cases :D (spammers won't likely to come back)

When the spam has been stopped, it takes awhile to delist the IP from blacklisting (usually a week).

There isn't a way to completely prevent spammer from using VPS service if they've already passed fraud checks beside taking actions after the associated IP being reported :D that's why IPs from big provider like AWS or Azure has terrible reputation as those being used for spams frequently (due to their trial program that attract spammers).

Right, right. Must be a pretty tough business after all :)
