OBS will work with my VPS just fine, however I would recommend going for at least 4GB RAM if you are planning to do serious streaming

I sincerely apologize for my delay I've had some health issue lately yesterday so I couldn't provide any support/upgrade as many of you guys may see delays in answering tickets.

That being said, Your service still hasn't passed 24 hours guaranteed and I've offered to provide the service without any additional cost via skype

U drunk bro? I vouch for these guys in every thread I can because I love their service. Okay so he might have promised you some server setup and couldn't ultimately do it. What is the fuss? Lol.. Kids these days. GROW UP!!

BTW, in case you did not know, a refund might take 7 days to show up in your cc statement. If you don't need it, just don't buy it in the first place. If you need it, wait for it ffs.

Nah, it's my fault at the beginning and I admit that I thought I could get up and process his order but I wasn't (couldn't leave my bed due to my sickness but I broke my promise to him) - His order wasn't instantly activated as it was marked as high-risked (It's common for most order from China) therefore it remain in pending state and he didn't receive the service he paid for.

I also understand that Chinese attitude on buying a product or service is always in a rush due to how fast support in their mainland is So I fully understand his feeling and take this as a lesson for my order management!

At the end of the day, I offered to give him 1 month of an upgraded VPS (He upgraded his VPS from 4G to 8G), he didn't interest in that either I will be sure to give a better ETA if there is any issue next time Was trying too hard this time.
