It's hosting IP, none of VPS's IP categorized as 'residential' from what I can see

But in any case, the IP would work just fine for 1-2 account. You won't getting ban unless you are doing something wrong

However, I would recommend using proxy for scalability as well as flexibility! ( you can use your account everywhere with your proxy, no need to use VPS IP)

Yes, we've moved both Finland and Germany to UK while ago for performance boost as well as better network for both EU and US

However, if you are located in Germany, it won't be an issue though as UK one also has pretty decent connectivity to Germany
