From what I can see in our backend, we have not blacklisted this particular website to any of our users but there is a possibility that I might be wrong. Blacklisting the websites is handled by our risk team but I believe this could be a different case. Have you tried reaching out to our support team about it? Please let them know what exact error code you are getting when trying to access Ticketmaster. This could be somehow related to Google.
Please keep me in the loop regarding this inquiry.

It was specifically listed under Blocked sites until last week, now its been changed to Ticketing Sites as other Ticketmaster domains don't load properly due to Ticketmaster.com being blocked.
Its stated under FAQ's, Do you have any blocked sites?
I have contacted support and the risk team in regard to it, they confirmed that it is blocked.

I have also confirmed that the website in question is being blocked due to legal reasons with our risk team. We have also changed the blog post that you have mentioned to better reflect that our proxy network does not allow this use case. I hope that didn't cause too many inconveniences for you.
