Hey there! We don't really have those kinds of plans and all of our plans are recurring monthly ones :( The smallest plan that we can offer right now is 5 GB per month for $75 ($64.75 for BHW users)

Hello! We do have Texas as a targetable state, however, Dallas, in particular, cannot be targeted directly through our endpoints. However, there is still hope ;) You would be able to use the back-connect method if you would like to target specific cities that are typically not available!
