Summary
For the review, I initially asked
@santhej's team to write about a 750 word article. About two days later, the article was delivered with 802 words. I checked to ensure that the article was checked with Copyscape and Grammarly, just as advertised. The details about my experience with this service are below, but for the most part, I had a decent experience and the article I received was as advertised.
Service Highlights
- No errors according to Grammarly (several sentences did some a bit off, but nothing too bad).
- 0% plagiarism accoding to a plagiarism checker I used.
- The conclusion summarised parts of the article body.
- The article was researched well enough to mention a couple of things I wasn't expecting them to bring up about the topic.
- If a customer finds that they received an article that wasn't as advertised, @santhej's team will rewrite it without counting the new version toward their monthly word count.
- The seller had to make two attempts to pass the review, as the first article had too many issues for me to approve the review. Now, the reason this point is a "service highlight" is not just because the second article was significantly better than the first one, but rather because when I brought the issues up to @santhej, he didn't get defensive or become belligerent, but he apologised. Considering the previous point, the point above, and the seller delivering a decent second article; I felt confident enough that this service is as advertised, hence the approval.
What Could Use Improvement
- Some of the sentences could've been organised and worded better, but for the price range, it's what I would expect.
- As this is service focuses on word count,
- As I described above, there was several issues with the first article, although admittedly, the first topic I provided them was too specialised.
Additional Information
- Based on the review process, it seems like this service would be better for shorter bulk assignments rather than larger assignments.
