The OP provided a nice looking site that had good onsite SEO in terms of structure and content. The images were not SEO optimized and there were some minor misspellings and grammar errors but those were easily fixed.

He actually used a plugin that I personally use on some of my local rank and rents which was interesting.

No doubt this site will rank with some reasonable off site SEO.
