Yes , PBN still works well , just double check and choose them with less spam score.
 
They do work well but always do your research first before going to buy those links. There are lots of PBN sellers here who know their work and really treat their network as if it consist all money sites.
Link from that kinda quality network will ofcourse get you significant results!
