Hello Guys

I need suggestions from your guys. PayPal removed 211k USD from our real Paypal account after 6 months of hold because of violating their terms or privacy policy. What do i need to do now?

Memo

$211,974.42 USD;PayPal Posting Date:Mar 5, 2020; Payment to Paypal;Damages caused to PayPal by Acceptable Use Policy violation(s);.

I don't under what damages we caused to PayPal? How can they remove this amount of money?

They don't like smm panels, were you using this account to sell your service?

Yes, that's why they limited our account last year july, but they can't remove the money becoz of that , its not written on their terms or privacy policy that they can remove 211k USD because of selling SMM

Holy mother of Jesus :O
Why did you keep that much on your account?
Filing a lawsuit is the only way now.

Edit : Didn't realise the money was from SMM panel. I guess it's pretty much gone now. Damn man. Really sorry for your loss but still hope you'd get it back somehow.

really sorry here dude really , that's a lot of money ,

Read their policies , if you think you've violated it move on , if not get yourself a lawyer

No, they hold that much money last 8 month. Becuase that paypal account was new paypal, so my money was pending and i was not able to withdraw the money.

That is a LOT of money. Quick search on BHW shows lots of similar instances of Paypal doing this to SMM and virtual service providers. Too many charge backs. For that amount of money, assuming you have the $'s for litigation, I would double check the ToS, call them to find out exactly what was breached, then speak to a lawyer.

Paypal confiscate $'s as a money making business method. ALL THE TIME.

They suck.

"Thank goodness you mentioned suggestion and you have no right to call it stupid, you either take it or leave it"

No, you can't take a stupid suggestion like yours. Paypal has a huge legal department that has gone over every single policy to protect them. Good luck hiring some crummy lawyer from around your block and trying to sue them.

Was this a genuine verified account or a stealth one?

If legit, what type of business did you say that you were running when you set up?

We had no dispute, no chargeback from our client, even the time paypal limited our account, they didn't mention the reason of limation.

Its a real Singapore company paypal account

No one in his right mind should keep cash with a bank or company, when you provide those type of services. Good luck!
