PayPal Permanent Ban - Is This The Solution?

I run a shop : and unfortunately, few weeks ago I received a notification - my paypal's permanent limitation with a pop-up of " You can't use PayPal anymore. "

I have managed to find a PayPal exchanger who can receive the Paypal payments as friends and family on my behalf for a fee and then send the money to me in a local currency.

However, ever since the Paypal ban and I am concerned about my financial situation. I want and I need to get back to accepting PayPal on my own so I came up with this idea ( let me know if there's anything easier ) :

- Buy a new Device ( Phone )
- Use my brother's ID document & address
- Use a new bank card for withdrawals ( spoke to my bank and told them my old one got stolen and will receive one in a week period of time )
- Buy a new SIM Card
- Never access the new Paypal account from any of my old devices to prevent PayPal from recognising me.

I will be accessing PayPal App only through the new phone that I will be purchasing and accept payments on that new account.

HOWEVER...

In shoppy.gg, each product has their own unique code such as [ shoppy.gg/product/12345] Or even [ shoppy.gg/product/1345 ]

In ( my old ) Paypal, these codes show up in payment receipts, like this one here : http://prntscr.com/v3lf7m , which refers to this product on my shop [shoppy.gg/product/p0DABbf ] . Clearly the payment receipt on PayPal refers to that specific product on my shop.

Do you think that even if I managed to accept Paypal back to my shop I can still get banned because of the relationship of these product codes found on my old Paypal account receipts and will be found in my new Paypal account payment receipts?

NOTE : It is also worth noting that I can change these codes though, by deleting the product and creating it again. But wouldn't Paypal anyway know that these payments are coming from my shop regardless of codes?

BOTTOM LINE IS...

Please let me know if this is what it would take to get back on to PayPal and whether or not the product codes will matter in PayPal recognising that it is me.

I believe they wouldn't know , regardless of codes because my old account got limited 3 times, in one of the limitations that I passed, they asked me about my selling activity and what product/service do I offer. If they know the payments are coming from my shop they wouldn't have asked me such a question. True? Because it's pretty obvious what type of products/services do I sell over my shop and since they asked this question, high chances they didn't bother to check it out.

I'm pretty sure the products youre selling, goes against the shoppy.gg terms of service lol... I recommend buying PayPal accounts and cashing out every now and then with crypto... Buy BTC with those Paypal accounts through Paxful.

I've used three stealth account on one device, all have been limited though, because u couldn't provide the documents the requested for, this is the 4th one I'm using for over 5 months, though I don't receive lots of payments and it's been working fine

If you run a store, how ofter will you payout to BTC? Every 100 USD or so?

Yeah, you just don't want them to close your account and you have $5000... that will suck

We had some real great revenue..above 5K / Months.
Also we used VPN and logged in from several places probably.
After submitting Documents to PayPal they blocked us.
Need to wait 180 Days until they release some of the funds.
We had some great learning here however

So, do both of you have withdrawable vcc added to your stealth paypal? So after 180 days your funds will be released to that vcc? Or how you get that money?
Again, what are you planning now? Adding another stealth paypal to that store?

We had no Accounts or CC added to the paypal. It got banned due to some higher dispute rates at the beginning and then i think also
when we had to submit vendor receipts..which we did not had.. we just came up with some.. i think this flagged paypal.
anyways they told us..after 180days we can let them know to which paypal or bank account we would like the transfer

Why you didn't transfer funds and got banned with 5k? Will you add another stealth paypal now to your store?

wait the 180 days, I can't even enter the account, they send me code to verify access and the code never arrives

sorry to hear. i ve been also banned in the past. they also held some good money of mine. anyways... set up a new Paypal..and learn from your mistakes. i also learned that way and now i can handle it allot better than as a newbie

People always fail to consider something: If you were banned once, you will be banned again, if the services or products you offer are against the tos or if you get a lot of chargebacks. So figuring out how to make another paypal isn't the most important issue.. What's important is to make sure you won't have the same problem because of the services you offer..

Thats why you withdraw regularly; use Paxful to buy BTC and all is good my guy.

There are other sites with the same service but are less reputable like localbitcoins... I use and trust Paxful, the trick is to find a good vendor and build a relationship so he/she gives a good price... that's what I did.
