Paypal Linked Bank Accounts Limit?

How can one bypass paypal's bank account limit? That is Paypal allows a Specific bank Account to be linked to a limited number of paypal accounts. After that you start getting this error

"We're sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts"

Even if you unlink that bank account and try to link it again to a different paypal account, after some time that error gets triggered.

Any Suggestions?

Well if you unlink the bank account, you can add it to a new paypal account again. But it seems this is limited as to how many times it can be done

I believe you can only switch it like 5 times over the life of the account.

Any way to extend this? Lets say I deactivate every paypal account from which the bank account gets unlinked? Does it still count as One?

I'm not sure the particulars but I read a warning post on here years ago about it.

I don't think there is anyway to reset the count based on my years old knowledge
