Paypal failure

Hey..am a writer for "iwriter", recently I managed to make some money but unfortunately I did not receive any. The payment was denied by paypal due to reason code 3148. I tried to verify my paypal account but there were couple failures after several trials. I hitted the bank and left the issue on their desk but nothin' happened.

I tried to talk to the paypal support team and I was told that even after verification the only service I can exploit is the sending of funds and not otherwise, this is due to the fact that my country does not yet allow access to receiving of funds from paypal. I was told the same thing by the biggest bank here.

I know that I can receive money from abroad to my bank account but only from another bank I guess and not paypal. I tried to order a debit mastercard that can assist you with cash withdrawal from any atm worldwide, their charges are like $3 per transaction. Keeping my hopes low on the card arrival and functionality. Am thinking of how I can make it work faster,cheaper and safer.

I will be glad to get any piece of advice from anyone who had similar experience or any thoughtful advice on the particular matter. Thank you in advance.

PayPal is not the only way is it, even at that you can find merchant or individuals who might help with receiving the funds you can send. I implore you use only people you know from your country for receiving.

Is there any other alternative other than Paypal for you? I agree with john1444. Find someone you trust.

Hey, you can apply for a payoneer mastercard, then use it to verify your paypal.. there is that provision nowadays known as us virtual service or something of the sort.... I have been using the service for a considerably longer period of time now and it has never failed me. All members with payoneer mastercard are entitled to the US virtual Service and allows you to verify and withdraw funds from your paypal to your card but not from the card to your paypal. What's the best alternative from using PayPal?

Moneybookers seems pretty cool but i hear they have high fees.
