Alan, hopefully that is not your real name for sure
1st thing - selling ebooks for $5000, who went nuts to buy that from you? You are hiding something, no one would buy ebook worth $5000, or might be that buyer tricked you, he took the books and then disputed and got back his money.
Ok now few things you need to realize
did you transferred the whole 5k from your sis PP account to your indian account as soon as you got it in the usa PP account? If so then your indian PP account will also show a negative balance of the same amount that you had transferred from your sis usa pp account, so stand by and watch the fun.
next, did you raised an invoice or do you have any document which can prove that the buyer is at fault and that you have delivered the ebooks to your buyer as promised, if so then from your sis pp account go to the resolution center of pp and provide them the proof and wait until they contact you back with more requirements - realize one thing you need to contest it rather than finding ways to quit and run
PP is not always on the buyer side, if you are able to prove your stake then you would get the money, the resolution would take some time but if you are able to prove it then you would win. PP has a unbiased team of experts who run the resolution center.
but dude - your indian account would also be in stake if you have transferred money to it immediately upon receipt in the usa pp
last thing, pp would never send a collection guy or any such thing to take back the payment, so you can just ignore the account (matter of fact - both the account) and make new one - BUT THATS NOT THE ULTIMATE SOLUTION, if you need a solution then go to the resolution center and prove your worth with documents and email or conversation or any receipt that you might have
Am sure you have not sold eBooks to anyone for that amount
