Payment Gateway API to Shopify

Guys, I registred to a payment gateway, unfortyunatly it's not in the payment processors on Shopiyf. But yet, after talking to support, they told me that it can be linked to Shopify via API and gave me a documentation.

Does anyone here know how to link a payment processor to Shopify via API?
