Hey guys. if I use a ppd link will they always require the user to fill out a survey? The reason I'm asking is, if I can build a targeted list of emails and tell them the link is a picture, I know they will try to open it. is this all there is to it, or will they always have to go to a webpage, or fill out a survey? thanks for your help I have not done any ppd, only cpa.

depends on the ppd network. i've never seen one do that.
most of them you just upload the file on their server. visitor downloads the file. you get a commission per download. nothing fancy.
you're probably thinking about content locking. that's where you host the file wherever you want such as your own server/mega/dropbox (or on ppd network to 'double dip' the traffic) and make the user do a survey/cpa offer to get to the download link.

Okay cool thanks
