Partnership in a validated Dropshipping operation (COD)

Hi guys, I'm looking for traffic managers for sensitive niches on Meta Ads (replicas). My idea is for us to win together. You'll participate in the profits of the operation. After all, if you're good and deliver what you say, this is way more advantageous for you than a fixed monthly fee. I'll invest in the operation, buy the ad accounts, provide the site and the creatives. I just want someone who manages 100% of the publishing, and especially the contingency of this operation. I have access to several validated offers and we can explore many countries and products. (Note: I don't want people who charge a fixed monthly fee because in the last 2 months I had 3 bad experiences with service providers from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. I realized they were just after the monthly fee because they couldn't deliver what they promised.) The operation I'm offering isn't a test. We're going to make profit. I just need someone capable of keeping the ads active.
